When I was picking up medication the other day one of my prescriptions were sent in wrong, I had to call my mom while at the pharmacy and the main pharmacist communicated clearly with her and advocated for me. I just wanna say thank you and you'll probably see me again sometime soon

What's the deal with this store not answering the phone? Rings and rings incessantly, can't request refills on prescriptions. More of the lazy American work ethic.
