I have never been consistent with workouts until now. I have been going to Workout Revolution for one and half years. They couldn't make it easier, 20-25 min workouts 1-2 times a week. I'm 63 years old and for the very first time in my life, I have definition and muscles. Staff is so nice, they always run right on time and it's so clean.

You wouldn't think in 25 minutes you can get such a good workout but trust me, you can! They chart and time each workout and increase the weights so you make progress. I've noticed my body tone up and this has motivated me to eat better, lose weight and feel so much better about myself. I love my workouts.

I don't know how best to describe this workout, but it's amazing! It's something you have to experience to understand how thorough of a workout you can get in 25 minutes. It seems impossible, especially for those of us who have spent so many years in a gym. I was skeptical at first because of my old ways of thinking about fitness but I have been totally converted to this way of working out. All the trainers here are wonderful and well educated in this method. Your workout is customized for your goals and abilities. I felt stronger and saw results in a short amount of time. I am beyond grateful that I found Diana. This is life changing!

This is the first workout I've ever done that I actually LOOK FORWARD TO! In a half hour you get a total body workout! It is always challenging and hard, in such a good way. All the trainers are so wonderful. I cannot recommend this place enough!!

I didn't know what to expect from a slow strength workout, but I absolutely loved my experience here! The owner, Diana, is super friendly and welcoming, and the space is beautiful. It really helped me get in the right headspace for my workout. My trainer, Sara, was phenomenal! She was attentive, encouraging, and made gentle corrections to my form when needed. I did several sessions with Sara and noticed an improvement in my strength early on. I highly recommend working out here, it's totally worth it!

This was such an awesome and fulfilling experience! I have chronic pain and long Covid and have been struggling to find a place that can accommodate me. I also have a very hard time at gyms and can get easily overwhelmed and anxious. Sara Camp was my amazing trainer. She listened to my issues and was always constantly checking in. The exercises were perfect and not too intrusive or uncomfy. The facility is clean and quiet and I don't need to go everyday to feel accomplished! It's a great investment, especially for anyone who is anxious in gym settings or experiences chronic pain. Thank you again Sara and the Workout Rev team!!

A wonderful way to start working out again after not doing so for many years. Diana and team are sweet, kind and easy to work with. They clearly know what they are doing and make it easy but also a challenging workout. Communication and scheduling are super easy too. I highly recommend. Definitely try it out if you're on the fence!

Diana and her team of trainers are the best at what they do! Everyone is kind and welcoming and easy to talk to. They encourage you to do your best without making you feel bad about yourself. The machines aren't difficult to work, but it will make you feel like you've pushed yourself, in a good way! The exercises may be "slow" but the 30 minutes goes by quickly, because they keep changing up which machines you work on. I'm someone who never enjoyed working out, and this is the only thing that kept be coming back!

I started going a couple weeks ago and it really is a life changing way of exercising for me. I had a back injury which has left me quite sedentary. I gained over 100 pounds. Traditional gym exercising doesn't really work for me. This program is very low impact and controlled strength training. I am able to do the exercises without any pain. My trainer, Sara, is great. For the first time in 15 years I'm excited to exercise!

I originally chose The Workout Revolution because of Covid. It had been 2 years since I felt safe going to a gym; private 1:1 gym session was priority for me. I'm so glad this led me to Diana! I've been working out with her for almost a year now. She is a kind, supportive trainer and I always enjoy her company. The slow movement took a little getting used to but the results have been amazing for me! With no strain on my joints, all of my muscle tone (and more!) has returned. I was on the brink of total replacement knee surgery, and these workouts have almost completely eliminated all of my knee pain by strengthening all the supportive muscles. Diana recently added a second trainer Lorena, who I enjoy so much that I'm now splitting my time and seeing both. Lorena has fun, joyful energy and pushes me to go harder, which I really appreciate. I feel like she shares in my goal to build muscles. Both Lorena and Diana are wonderful trainers. Highly recommend!

Diana is knowledgeable, encouraging, kind, fun, affable, warm, non-judgemental, understanding, adaptable, organized, professional, not a weirdo, attentive, passionate, and easy to communicate with. The workouts are the right level of challenging. They're quick and about as enjoyable as exercising can be for someone like me who is generally on the lazy side. You will NOT be doing any burpees or jumping jacks or anything of that sort that will make you groan and wish you had stayed in bed. The exercises are specialized and targeted, and having gone for a couple months now, I am definitely starting to notice the positive effects. The gym is small and comfortable and the lessons are one-on-one! This means totally individualized and goal-oriented workouts, and no other customers are in the gym (Even still, full COVID precautions are taken)! Also, there is no awful music playing! Prices are reasonable and there is free parking in the back. Very highly recommended!

I LOVE how weight lifting makes me feel, but I HATE doing the traditional setup -- finding time and motivation, counting plates, tracking progress, obsessing over form but somehow still dealing with nagging injuries - every component beyond the actual weight lifting itself makes me less excited and less likely to stick to a meaningful routine. Super slow, high intensity workouts with a trainer are completely different. They're quick, effective, and literally the only thing you have to worry about is working your muscles. Diana sets up the equipment, tracks your progress, corrects your form, and modifies for pre-existing injuries or sensitivities. I can't praise Diana and The Workout Revolution enough - the workout is incredible, the studio is immaculately clean and private, Diana is encouraging, knowledgable, and so easy to work with.

I enjoy doing all different types of work outs routines (yoga, pilates, kettle bells, hill training, etc) and there is nothing quite like what Diana is doing. I find each session challenging and completely rewarding. I love the 1 on 1 attention you get and can already feel and see the difference after a short amount of time. Highly, highly recommend Diana and this method of training over any thing else I've ever done.

I'm 63 and the past few years have faced some unexpected medical challenges I never thought I'd have to manage. It's difficult to find ways to exercise, especially when you don't have energy or you're not feeling too well. As someone that has always wanted to lift weights and is now older, the worry of bone density and muscle mass is a huge concern, as it contributes to so many activities that we do every day. When I found this slow-motion, high intensity strength training, I learned that this would not only help with strength, but it also helps with increased attention, focus and concentration. I truly enjoy my workouts with Diana. She creates a safe, welcoming and client focused environment, directed towards you and your goals. She helps you learn how to utilize your muscles and perform each movement correctly, so you get the benefit of every moment you are working together. This is the best thing anyone can do, young or old, to build strength, definition, and overall health! I swear by it!

Diana is nothing short of amazing! There are so many great things about her that it's hard to put it all into words. She is the perfect combination of everything you would want in a personal trainer. She is knowledgeable, caring and efficient. The work she does is designed specifically for you and where you are now. She truly listens to your concerns and adjusts your workout accordingly. I have been injured/reinjured on more than one occasion with traditional trainers mostly because they didn't listen to me. It was that kind of "no pain, no gain" mentality. I also have never reached the kind of muscle mass and definition that I have now. While working with Diana and utilizing the slow-motion, high-intensity strength training, I have never had a concern that she was pushing me too far, too fast. In fact, with every machine setup at every session, she checks in to see how all the machine settings are working for you. This is due to the fact, and I learned this more thoroughly while working with Diana, some days you "got it" and some days you just don't. Diana is also punctual, which is a biggie for me. She's fair and reasonable as she can be when it comes to scheduling. She also doesn't impose on you what she thinks your goal(s) should be. When I first started working out with her I just wanted to get stronger and walk without pain. And I'm happy to report, "mission accomplished". Now we've moved on to other goals. Recently, Diana moved into her new private facility where she works with you one on one. Additionally, she leaves enough time between sessions so that clients don't overlap. She keeps the studio in immaculate condition. In this time of Covid, it's very comforting to know how conscientious Diana is about following the mandated regulations as well as her own personal standards regarding the cleanliness/sanitization, air circulation and general aesthetics of her studio. I feel very safe and comfortable working out there. I'm always pleasantly surprised and excited by the muscle that I've built and maintained through working with Diana. Admittedly, it seems counterintuitive that thirty minutes a dayfor one day a week could make that big of a difference but it truly does. I am so happy that I have found Diana. It is truly one of the best things that I have ever done for myself. If you are thinking about trying slow-motion, strength training at all, Diana would be a terrific place to start. P.S. She also has a great sense of humor.
