Shocking customer service! We bought a very expensive oven 2 years ago that has broken 4 times now. Went in today to buy a new oven because this one is clearly a lemon and they said we MUST pay for removal of the lemon and for installation on the new appliance. We have spent thousands of dollars in reids in the past few years, clearly they don't care about repeat customers. Very disappointed

Installing our new Bosch dishwasher, Paul and Edgar worked hard to do a good job. They made sure all the connections, electrical and plumbing, worked properly. Paul managed to reuse the painted front panel from our previous *!#%! Kitchenaid dishwasher, and took time to teach me how to use the Bosch's advanced features. A good crew!

Paul and Hunter went out of their way to install our appliances. Paul took the time to reroute piping in order to get our new dishwasher running that early afternoon. This is despite having many customers waiting. I was told by Edison that the gas wasn’t working and therefore my oven was not operable. Paul quickly took a look at it, counseled me and actually got it running in an instant! I highly recommend Reid appliances because of their generous and professional staff.Sincerely,Adriana

I bought a Frigidaire wall oven from Reid's appliance approximately 2 years ago and yesterday it just stopped heating. I called Reid's and asked if they could help me. They gave me the # for repair co. I was told that it was 95$for the visit, which would be waived if they did repair. I was told that Frigidaire only warrantees their products for ONE year! How can this possibly be? This is the second oven I've had in 10 years. The last one cost approximately 500$ and the exact same oven, 2 yrs. ago cost 1000$ What is happening to the world? There seems to be no accountability for anything anymore!

The initial customer service was good, a guy full of information that I mistakenly understood as knowledge. He said the customer service for warranty repairs is the best of the best. He said these washers and dryers were "bulletproof" and would last a lifetime. He said laundromat quality! All of which seemed amazing. We bought a stackable and a washer/dryer Speed Queen, best of the best according to Dan. But after about 15 cycles, the dryer stopped working with an E66 code. I understand things happen, but the resolution is a family of 7 waiting 2 to 3 weeks for someone to come repair the brand new dryer. Its 3 weeks old and seems completely unreasonable. The customer service is sub-par. Don't go out of your way to support this local business. They definitely lost their touch. Just order it online.

After being frustrated in attempts to getting my washing machine serviced I dropped into Reid's and asked the sales people there if they could recommend a local appliance repair person- they enthusiastically endorsed Frank and Sons and provided contact info- My washer was fixed within days-Thank you Reid's!

We had an unusual space for our refrigerator and Dan (salesman) was more than helpful in determining which one would suit our needs! Thank you Dan!! Our new refrigerator was delivered by Caleb and Edgar and they were more than efficient in getting it into our home where we have been told by previous delivery men that the doors would have to come off and be put back on! After Caleb measured he was sure it would fit!! Thank you so much to these guys that were so helpful! We have purchased our stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator from Reid's and won't go anywhere else!! Thank you everyone!! Bob and Debbie Gates

We have bought a gas stove and gas clothes dryer from Reid's and are considering a dishwasher. Their staff is very informative, and the appliances are delivered when promised. Reid's carries high-quality equipment that you can depend on. They even have an in-house extended warranty. When the dryer was delivered a couple of years ago, the garage door accidentally closed on the dryer and ripped off the hinges because the dryer wasn't far enough into the garage. Even though I pushed the button and ok'd things first, Reid's still paid for half of the repair of the garage door hinges. This company that knows how to work with people - even me. We will be buying our dishwasher from them next.

I have always shopped with big box stores for major appliances, but I will no longer! I had a great experience purchasing a new washing machine at Reid's with Dan, the very knowledgeable salesman. He arranged a fast delivery within a few days (compared to weeks with the big box store) and I had an efficient, careful installation done by Fernando and Isaac. I highly recommend this establishment. Shop local & support our trusted family owned businesses!
