We just moved with Ralph and his team this past weekend. Couldn't have gone more smoothly! They showed up just before 7am and had us moved in to our new house (12 miles away) by 3:30pm! Unreal! One big truck for all our furniture and one smaller one for all our garden rocks, pots, plants, decorations, etc. His team was friendly and professional. Can't recommend them highly enough. They got us moved and settled perfectly for a good price! A++

We told him that we had a lot of furniture, yet he brought a small truck was only able to move boxes. We scheduled another day-Friday-with him to move all the furniture. He postponed it to Sunday, and then never even showed up!

We had a nightmare of a move. Ralph admitted dropping a heavy statue on our wood floors and ruined other flooring. Our new furniture was damaged, and he denied moving listed items to his insurance company even though they were listed. Some of our items were missing, and other peoples household goods were delivered with our items to us. It has been almost three months, and those items are still not picked up. Ralph refused for months to disclose his insurance carrier. When I used him seventeen years ago, I was pleased. Obviously, Ralph has aged and does not care about his customers. Ralph told us he rents trucks now, and God only know if his men are professionals. He stacked items on new furniture and damaged a lot of items. He refused to come and review the damages. Don't use Ralph Movers! In my opinion, Ralph is unprofessional and destroyed our antiques and furniture. I give him a Zero for professionalism. Larry Garrison President SilverCreek Entertainment
