I have a history of fainting when getting blood drawn and was pretty nervous coming to my appointment. Joyce was really understanding, took me to a calm room to lay down, and sang softly to me while she completed the blood draw. It was the first time I didn’t feel faint from drawing blood. She was so amazing and comforting and gave me a hug after. Truly one of the best medical appointment experiences I have ever had. Thank you so much Joyce!

I wasn't sure about online appt . It's getting over the fear of technology. Eventually becoming making an appointment at your fingertips once you get good at it. In the beginning it can be paralyzing or debilitating knowing if you did it right or something like that. Making mistakes taking forever then to get your appointment or get your blood work done. Maybe like anything the more you do it the better you get. Everything went smoothly and I think there was just no way to say that I was running a little bit late I did my best to be on time but I was having trouble with a little bit of dizziness. I'm okay but the self-care made me a little bit late even though I started early.Rae she took my blood and she was extremely pleasant to get along with and I left with a smile on my face. The connection in person to person experience makes everything go much better and you feel good when you leave. I also got taken care of in a timely manner I had a scheduled appointment.

Pre-appointment check-in is convenient, fast, and thorough. Appointment was on time. Staff friendly, professional, and efficient. Opens very early!

The person (sorry I don't remember her name) that helped me today as well as yesterday is so kind and thorough. She put me at ease explaining what was needed from me. She was incredible at drawing blood. Thank you for having such a great staff!
