Horrible staff with horrible attitudes. Absolutely no customer service when there’s an issue besides getting some angry woman named Cecilia on power trip who you can smell the cigarettes coming from her side yelling at you unprofessional offering no help. Def choose a different testing site and company all together

Had to drive an hour from the San Fernando Valley just to be told that I can't take the test due to technical difficulties in loading the test. Biggest waste of time in my life
