They provided excellent service and were very friendly. However, I was shocked when they charged me $75 for my 5-year-old's mani-pedi. The menu price is $32, so I questioned the extra $40. The staff struggled to justify the additional charge and eventually reduced the price. Overall, I ended up paying $178 for my full set, pedi, and the kids' combo, instead of the $200 they initially requested.
The owner later found me in the parking lot, apologized, and admitted she was upset that her staff overcharged me. Despite her apology, I won’t be returning due to this price gouging.

John did amazing nails, the best I have had done in yrs. Miley did awesome pedicure, which was also the best I have had in years. Everyone in the nail salon is very nice

I have been coming to the Ventura location for about 3 years for my biweekly appointments. “Lee” never disappoints. She’s fantastic along with the other staff. They are efficient, professional and great at what they do. The owner keeps her salon very clean and sanitary. I highly recommend them. You won’t be disappointed. Instead, you will leave happy with beautiful nails and feet. They also offer brow clean up.
Cleanliness: The ventura location is cleaner than any other nail salons I have entered in Ventura and Oxnard. This is now my “to go place” for the last 3 years. Very sanitary!

Have a more professional attitude. Don't talk bad about customers in Vietnamese. Make sure to treat customers with respect. Make sure their nails are dry before you tell them they are dry. If you mess up their nails, don't try to fix them and make it worse. Actually fix them properly. Acrylic nails are not in fashion like they were before, offer better service, lower prices, better designs. Maybe offer better massage, maybe drinks. Treat the customers better because customer service is the key ingredient to being a popular nail salon.

OMG! I got the WORKS!! Received the best GEL manicure and pedicure ever from John & Miley! And because I was so pleased I also received a full face & body waxing that was EXCELLENT! I highly recommend this business establishment to anyone who wants excellent service.

I've been coming to professionail for over 10 years and I absolitly love them! The owner Anne treats me like family and takes such good care of me, she even treats my four daughters to birthday pedicures. I just got a beautiful pedicure from Mimi and will not get my nails done anywhere else! It is very clean and they always keep everything very sanitary. Professional is hands down the best nail salon in Ventura!

Came in today and they were all friendly and sweet but the only problem was that the nails didn’t come out so well I was gonna go back in and say something about them but I didn’t want to sound crazy the French tip was not good at all as you can see it looks like a mess I paid 60$ for this I will be going home and fixing them.

Do not recommend. I only came here on accident because I went to the wrong location but when I got here I figured I would give them a chance. Should've looked at the reviews and drove the additional distance to the correct spot because they have terrible service. I received a simple coffin acrylic set and the man who did them had all different shapes. I kept tellling him they didn't match one another. Finally he got it right, but my nails were extremely short by this point and the sides were missing. It's been two days and I'm ready to rip these off because they look so terrible. Also, I received a pedicure from a lady that kept trying to upsell me services I didn't want. She was convincing me to get gel and why gel is better AFTER I told her I did not like gel on my toes. When I did not budge, she tried to upsell me on callous remover (when I don't even have callouses). I literally get my toes down regularly and have no callouses. When I told her no thank you, she completely skipped the light scrub and went on for the 2 minute massage. Highly disappointed and won't be back.

I love Mimi, she works quick and clean. She's funny too. I came in last minute and she was happy to help. I got a mani/pedi gel.

I enjoy getting my nails done here. They are efficient even with walk ins. The owner is very friendly and you are always greeted at the door.

I got a manicure and pedicure today. The salon was clean. The technician was kind and professional. I used to go there many years ago. They did a great job then and now. I will be going back!

My girlfriend visited yesterday for nails. Ryan declined her initial request to do a special nail design. Then she asked him to do a french tip design... he didn't know what that is. The salon had pictures of french tip designs on the walls... which were pointed out to Ryan as reference. He began and was very rough with her hands, forcing them into positions and not using his words. He was aggressively filing her nails to the point where my girlfriend's mother had to step in to ask if everything was alright. Then, using an electric nail file, HE CUT THE CUTICLES MAKING HER BLEED on two fingers. She became very upset but still wanted the job finished. She was extremely disappointed at the finished work: nails were glued crooked, they're too thick, paint left on fingers, and chunky acrylic left on the under side of the nails.
She feels EMBARRASSED having these nails.

I have nothing but good things to say about this salon! I have been a customer here for many years and have always left a satisfied customer. Anne and Jenny are amazingly sweet people and I have always been treated wonderfully by everyone. I always want something different with my nails and the staff have always made it happen. My teen daughter also gets her nails done here and always leaves happy with exactly what she wanted. The salon is clean, updated, and has a huge variety of gel polish and other nail options. Scheduling an appointment is always easy and they work with my schedule. I'd you haven't tried a service here, you definitely should!!!

I went in 6 days ago. First, they didn't have the colors in stock that I originally wanted. Then, while I was getting my finger nails done, I felt uncomfortable as I heard a nail tech chiding another customer for not bringing cash to pay. I hoped that she would not be the person to do my pedicure. I also have limited time, and I would have liked to get my mani and pedi done simultaneously, but that was not an option. My pedi is chipped and my mani is already coming up at the edges because the manicurist didn't take the time to make sure the gel was ONLY on the nail. It's a bummer because I only splurge on getting my nails done every once in awhile...it's a big treat for me. And for it to not even last a week feels like a waste of money. Bummed out in VTA
