Having it in stock solved my printing emergency. We made the mistake of buying HP printer ink online, which ended up being a clone, not HP, so our printer wouldn't accept it. This store had the ink we needed in stock, solving yet another printer problem. Their paper prices are good too.”

It was 10:00am.I went to call at 10:15am to see if they got the email and could open the PDF I’d sent. At the same time Terry sent me an email stating my project was done and at the Front Desk ready for pick up. The price was surprisingly reasonable.Frankly, in a world of customer no service, this organization showed me that some companies still know how to take care of their customers.
