Most of the employees in this branch are very pleasant to work with and thus I could give it one star but it stops there. The manager needs lessons in customer service and courtesy. I had a check written to 4 members of my family. All of the signatures could be verified but not all of us on one account. They refused to deposit the check unless all four menbers were in the branch at the same time. I walked across the parking lot to Chase where the only signature that would be verified was mine. No problem they not only accepted the check but allowed me to cash it. The check was not a large amount and my Priemer account had enough funds to cover it. Chase was helpful and courteous. Preimer is always difficult to work. Its worth a walk across the parking lot to be treated with excellent service and respect

Opened a personal loan for $15k and told them I will only need $10k I will borrow the other amount in the future if needed. The bank teller opened up a savings account and put the other $5k in a savings account to loan out the full $15k. Shady business practice. Went to the Oxnard branch now

I just love banking here! I have ALWAYS had the best experience! I came here again to finance my son's car, as the interest rates are much better here than at Car Max! Not to mention I had a HORRIBLE experience with them! I was able to work with Rosa Tapia who made my experience so wonderful - as she calmed me down.. I quickly completed the application process walked out and returned to CM and purchased my son the Truck he wanted without financing with them! She was so kind.. explained everything and made what was suppose to be a beautiful memory with my only son very magical! Thank you Rosa Tapia! She had helped in the past w/ my previous car loan as well! While I was there I also was able to obtain a personal loan to pay off my credit cards. Also at a much lower interest rate! I am thrilled with Oxnard Premier America Credit Union

I love this place. Always helpful and fast. I don't get all the negative reviews from people who are impatient. I haven't once had bad service here. I would recommend this Credit Union highly.

Why is it when I try to make a cash deposit (or any kind of deposit) at this location non of the outside ATM machine will allow "deposits'? And yes I tried all 3 ATM machines located outside on 07/25/2022 around 8:15am. This is not the first time. So now I have to find time again and go back.

Loan rates are probably the best in County. I shopped around for a few credit unions and banks but none can match this place. Clean office and friendly banker.

Worst banking experience I ever had. I recently got approved for an auto loan and have been trying to set up auto pay I called 10 times to set it up online and every representative guided me to a different direction some of them would keep me on hold for thirty minutes saying they're trying to figure it out and finally say they'll call me back I'll patiently wait by the phone and would never receive a call back. I've sent a voided check and followed all the steps and still haven't heard anything back. I finally had to go into the bank itself and do it all over. Not only that I've been getting multiple emails and letters stating I needed to submit proof of my insurance. I followed all the steps and submitted proof and never heard anything back. Finally I get an email saying that because they have not received proof they will be forced to purchase an insurance for me. How is it my fault you guys don't keep track of your files especially when I don't hear anything back. The online banking system and over the phone service is horrible and would not recommend.

I've been trying to get a hold of someone, anyone, for the past 2 weeks to give vital information on switching bank accounts for a payment method because of a closing bank account that my payment is tied to. I even called the 800 and 818 numbers multiple times over the past 2 weeks (7 times in one day in addition to the 14 other times to give them my info) but only reached a human twice; once was because I called another extension option that was unrelated to what I was looking for. Every response was the same, " I'll have someone call you". Never happened. I was transferred twice to dead lines that after 17 minutes of being on hold, went to a dial tone. I'm sure they want my money, but I'm not sure what's going to happen at the end of the month when that account is closed?

Wish I could give 0 star's, the tellers their are rude. Had 4 forms of I.D. and still wouldn't cash a check from their bank. Don't do business with them if possible.
