A wonderful place that took care of my yorkie Lou. We just picked up Lou's ashes. I had some paws prints made and they gave us a few extras. Just such a class act. I almost started crying right there when I saw they give me a few extras. Super compassionate and fast, I got him back in two days. Very highly recommended.

My beautiful boy passed on Thursday. We were able to drop him off on Friday and we received a call today- Monday - that he is ready. Incredibly quick turn around time. Also, I was on and off sobbing while dropping him off and the workers were kind and respectful. As much as I hope you don't need their business: if you do, I highly recommend.

I so appreciate Precious Pets Memorial Services. We were travelling across the country when our precious Pomeranian suddenly became ill and we had to help him over the rainbow bridge. ?? In order for "Trip" to finish the trip with us, we had to have him cremated. ?? The emergency vet where he was euthanized said it would take 1-2 weeks for his remains to be returned, but we would be returning to GA five days later so that would not work. Gratefully, PPMS in Ventura offers a priority service, so we were able to get his remains back in 24 hours. They are by appointment only which worked out great for us. Trip passed on a Sunday so we called on Monday to make an appointment, brought his body in on Tuesday, and then picked up his remains on Wednesday.RIP precious Trip. Thank you PPMS.

I lost my beautiful 17 year old cat, Tigger, last week, and I am devastated beyond words. I went in to pick up Tigger's ashes yesterday, and from the respect & sympathy that they had for me, I know that Tigger was treated in the same way with his aftercare. Thank you for taking good care of my sweet boy.

I had my senior cat pass away and wanted his remains so I made arrangements with precious pets. Since this was my first time trying cremation I was surprised to see his remains weren't ashes but pieces of what looked liked crushed coral instead of ashes and then I recently had another senior cat pass away but I used another pet cremation service and they sent back bag of ashes I'm not sure what happened but it doesn't seem like they didn't complete the cremation process.

We had never heard about Precious Pets until our dog's cremains were delivered. We requested cremation at the vet after our Chuck passed away due to complications from Congestive Heart Failure. I assumed I would be delivered a bag of ashes in a box, but received a plaster paw print and our best friend's remains in a personalized box. They went above and beyond, turning a bittersweet reunion into smiles (and lots of tears!). Thank you for what you do.

During this hard time of losing my dog Freesia I appreciate how smoothly this company made the situation. They picked her up from our home and we picked up her ashes 2 days later. They usually have a seven day period which isn't bad either but somehow ours was even faster. The quality of the engraving, chest and paw print were top notch.

Losing your two dogs 16 days apart completely ripped my heart out. They were understanding about my situation and got my dogs ashes and memorials back quickly. My heart is still broken but I would recommend there services to anyone in the Ventura County area. If you're reading this review, please accept my condolences for your loss.

Every vet I have gone to over the years has used this business. Our pets have always been handled between the vets and Precious Pets Memorial Service. It wasn't until our most recent pet that I inquired about possibly making the ashes finer. I have read other reviews, and while it can be jarring to get bones, just ask the business about it. I urge those who had this happen to just reach out to them and possibly change your review. I was very surprised to get instant responses from them and they not only drove in the rain to pick up the ashes, but they had them back to us within two hours. They went above and beyond to make our grieving as painless as possible. The brochure doesn't bother me, because it's a small business and the information on it is interesting. I run a small business too. Referrals matter. It isn't in your face as much as reviews say. As for a paw print, I only have had two done between 2012 and 2023 and both times a vet did the print. Al in all, I'm thankful this business is around and I hope people reconsider harsh reviews. It can't be easy to do their job.

We are so grateful to Precious Pets for proving the exemplary memorial service our beloved dog deserved for her 14 years of love and friendship. Jordan and Michael provided clear communication, dignity and reverence the whole way, the transition from our home to Precious Pets was seamless; Jordan even picked up Nala personally, I giving us his assurance that she was going to receive her proper aftercare, no doubt. Every step, beginning to end went flawlessly; all that we had hoped for when the entire family has a broken heart. Thank you very much.

Most of my interactions were with Michael who was very kind and considerate. The process was quick; I got my baby's ashes within 2 days of filling out their form. The entire procedure was transparent and thorough and Michael was patient with me and answered any questions I had with clarity. Jordan and Michael are very communicative and answered the phone consistently and when they couldn't I got a call back within a few minutes. The cremains themselves have a lot of bone fragments, but I don't mind because of the respect my baby and I were given throughout. All in all, service was great and staff were very considerate and understood/didn't mind my less-than bright mood!

Quick, thoughtful, and affordable. Had this company recommended to us from Horizon Pet Hospital when we had to put our dog down and I was a little skeptical after some of the reviews but they did not disappoint. I feel like our boy Mello was put to rest properly. So thank you.

I was blessed with having my Havanese for over 19 years. He passed peacefully on our bed in the early morning. I had already made arrangements thinking we were going to unfortunately put him to sleep that next day. I insisted on being with my boy when he was put in the crematorium. Jordan the owner and his assistant made all the arrangements. We went back the next morning to find our Max laying peacefully on a table. We followed him through the entire procedure returning a couple hours later to pick up our beloved dogs remains. At all times we were treated with respect and compassion.

They did a great job getting the clay paw print that I requested at Horizon Emergency vet- I had lost my cat of 13 years to sudden respiratory failure. She was a wonderful companion- the reason for the three stars- is the companies obvious push for making profit- when I received my clay paw print- I also received a yellow envelope- rather than receiving a "sorry for your loss" sentiment- i opened it to see a pamphlet and a business card-- you know, should I need anymore services for any of my other beloved pets. I would recommend a more tactful way of advertising your business after someone loses their pet- perhaps "sorry for your loss- should you need our services in the future- please feel free to contact us"- rather than shoving a pamphlet and business card in an envelope. It was pretty cringe to see that with my cats paw print.

My husband and I are so grateful for this company. Toby was like our child. Michael and Jordan were so accommodating and companionate. They really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the process.
