The staff at power storage were very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us get our storage that we needed. Anthony was funny and helpful, making our time in the office a delight. Thanks guys. You all did such a good job.

Went very smoothly and the support from Power was outstanding. I borrowed the company truck to transport items and they were very helpful throughout the process. And getting started with rental was easy and well explained.

Always a bad experience when Dominique’s not at the office, the guy who worked the desk today was helping another customer when I came in and a gentlemen came in after me. The person at the front desk proceeded to help the gentlemen that came in after me, the level of rude from both of them was appauling. Even after he returned, learn some manners.

The staff there are decietful and sneaky, went into my unit without my permission fatter my lock came up missing. The manager Dominique is an absalute liar and con artist. I told them I was quitting there rental 3 months ago and they never responded I get a letter 3 months later saying I owe them $1053.00 and threaten to destroy my credit if I don’t pay immediately they never contacted or called me in that time the manager claimed I blocked her yet she sure called me rite back when I left a pissed office message. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS!! It’s a hustle they don’t want you to be aware of what’s going on so they can tax you for every penny for a dirty metal box or sale your stuff and make double the $. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I paid the $ so my credit didn’t get screwed up but this is far from over, I will see them in court.The owner should be ashamed of how her business is ran it’s a SCAM!!!

Power self storage goes out of their way to make sure you are happy with the right storage space for your personal and physical needs.Being disabled, i needed a space closer to the gate then where i was .upstairs far away.I was on a list for months. They constantly kept me in mind when units came available. Then when it finally happened they made the transition easy and painless. Even giving more time then necessary to get out of the old unit. They made what could have been a very stressful situation, turn into a smooth operation. Abd i didnt even break my bank to do it. Thank you to the whole staff at ventura victoria power self storage. Your a big blessing to me. Thank you for caring.Lisa maxwell

The staff are great, but I wish I looked at the hours before getting a storage unit here, gate access being shutoff at 7PM is ridiculous. 9PM seems like a more reasonable time considering the fact most people get off work 5-530. 4-stars since this storage unit is easily the best one I have ever used by all respects other than the annoying gate hours.Edit: The gate hours are fine, after thinking about it more there is only a small period where it is still light out at 7, makes sense to close the gate when it gets dark.

I am happy with the security so far. There was a little trouble with my door initially (only a few days in to my rental start), it was rolling down unevenly and getting caught on a metal piece at the top. An employee came out to look at it and at that time it was working OK, I was told that if there were more problems just to let them know. The unit does accumulate a lot of outside dirt, I believe this is from the top of the door. I keep a broom and dust cloth in the unit and clean up every time I leave but it is heavily covered in dirt every time I arrive.
