I needed to get 2 new tires and an alignment after a minor accident. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I came in without an appointment and it was busy but they still were able to get me back on the road very quickly. I will now come here for all my tire needs.

I recommend Pinkys for all your tire needs. Cameron took care of my flat and updated me through the process. They also have a cute friendly dog that walks through the whole vicinity and checks up on you periodically. Definitely coming back for my next set of tires.

At 9:10 this morning I was driving the Eastbound 126 from Ventura to Santa Paula. A Pinky's truck was in the left lane, doing 65 or so, and there was no one in front of him for at least an 1/8 mile or more. There was plenty of room to pass on the right, so I accelerated to overtake the Pinky's truck. Upon doing this, the Pinky's driver accelerated to block me, accelerating up to roughly 90 mph. I was able to complete the pass, but entirely too close to another vehicle in the right lane that we had, by this time, caught up to. What the Pinky's driver did was reckless, rude, and illegal. Their ego could have gotten themselves, me, and others either hurt or killed.
I finished the pass and moved over to the right to slow down, get away from other vehicles, and to take these photos of the truck which was now doing less than 65 mph. I get it, people get weird on the road and don't like getting passed, but it's a legal maneuver. Blocking someone from overtaking you isn't. Dude took a chance with people's lives this morning, for what? If I could press charges, I would. Instead, here's my review.

Had so many flat tires on the John Deere for the work I do. Called Pinky's tire service and my hat comes off to Juan. One of pinkys employees, who went above and out of his way to get me up and going again so I wouldn't lose any more downtime at work. Juan even came out to help another employee with a much bigger problem I had. Thank you Juan for all your hard work and loyalty. I hope your boss doesn't let this go unnoticed of all your loyalty to your customers and to his business. Good workers like you, are hard to find these days.

Great place. I got flat tire while i was doing amazon flex. They fixed my tire and refused to take money from me. I was totally shocked and confused but Bob (main guy) was like we will take care of you no worries. Thank you so much guys. I appreciate your kindness.

Bob, who I have known for many years from another location quoted me a $104 portal to portal labor charge, plus $25 fuel charge to come to our site for tire repairs.It was agreed that I would have a call when the driver was leaving to come out and open a gate for entry to not have him waiting for my arrival (labor clock was ticking). Juan arrived at the gate with no notice, he was not told to call ahead of time, he was a good guy and preformed the repairs needed without issue. When the office called about payment they charged for 3.5 hours and fuel and on top of it they charged an additional charge for the two tire repairs at $85ea. $170.00 extra to that quoted for service. This was never disclosed or addressed upon the request for service for the tire repair nor is anyway standard in the tire industrial locally for double charging for labor on site and than again for labor to repair two tires at the site during the time they were being paid their hourly rate.Since I was told this was standard in the industry for this way of charging, I called Santa Maria Tire spoke to Joe, Parkhouse Tire spoke to Renee, Daniels tire spoke to Jack all competitors and none of them did the double charging for labor, or extra charging for tire dismounting or remounting. Labor rates varied, some charge for fuel and some didn't. As a compromise I agreed to pay the labor costs plus the fuel costs and offered $10 for the three patches ( far more than retail cost) to settle the amount.Out of fairness in the past I have used their service at their location in Ventura without any issues or over charging for labor.

I have always been able to solve my difficult tire issues. Either by them coming toy facility, or me bringing a tire to their shop, top notch service and reasonable prices. My first and usually only place to go for the difficult tire repair or replacement

Found cracks in one of my 2.5 year old class c rv tires. Read reviews for places that service rvs somewhat near where I'm located. I was in the neighborhood one day so I dropped by and spoke to the gentleman behind the counter (so sorry I forgot ur name and your card isn't w me:( ). He was extremely helpful and told me that they don't usually have issues w my kind of tire and recommended that I stick w them. They checked all of my tires for cracks and moved the 2 new ones to the front. I also asked if they could fix my valve extenders so it was easier to remove my tpms valves to replace the batteries. They replaced them w new ones and are so much easier to take care of. They even removed them so I could replace the batteries while I was waiting and then put them back in for me. Highly recommend this place!
