“Ordering ostomy supplies is, painful. However, here at College Pharmacy, MISS NATALIE, the new kid on the block, is the best ! She, gets it! Upon her first month at College, I was pleasantly surprised that my complete order was exactly what I needed, and Natalie has never let me down. Perhaps it's the way she treats her patients with the best solutions, care and professionalism. I've needed ostomy supplies for 18 long years and had delt with numerous pharmacies, never satisfied and I've had my share of physical challenges, even changing onto different supplies and it was hard for others to follow me. But now i have Ms Natalie filling my orders and she pleasantly keeps up
with me. So, thankfully to have Natalie on my team. Thank you, Thank you, Ms Natalie.”

“I was introduced to Special Projects-Alcohol & Drg by a doctor and now I'm such a big fan. The convenience of the app with the stellar customer service is amazing. I've been using Special Projects-Alcohol & Drg for monthly deliveries for the past 4-5 months and I am floored. To top it off, zero delivery fees and a little caramel candy with your medication!”

“When I was picking up medication the other day one of my prescriptions were sent in wrong, I had to call my mom while at the pharmacy and the main pharmacist communicated clearly with her and advocated for me. I just wanna say thank you and you'll probably see me again sometime soon”

“I've been using this pharmacy for 6 years. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Don't be surprised if they recognize you after a few visits. They might get busy at times, but generally 15 minutes is a long wait. I've lived in Oxnard and Santa Paula but I never stopped coming here, it's worth it.”

“Love the pharmacy employees here! Never a problem, always nice and helpful! If my insurance copays are too high Vons will accept discount cards to lower the cost! That really helps these days with everything being more expensive!”

“The staff here are friendly and very uplifting. Sometimes they are short staffed, but the wait is never "annoyingly" long. They are always quick to get my order ready when I choose to wait for it while I get other things inside Target. I've been going to this pharmacy for over a year now and I don't see myself going to a different pharmacy anytime soon. I appreciate the team greatly.”

“After my pharmacy closed, I was on a mission to find my new pharmacy. Before choosing CVS on Ashwood, I went to another pharmacy. They had poor communication about the pharmacy hours and told me my meds would be in on a certain date. When I went there they said we don't know when we will get these meds in. I was so angry. I had waited 5 days. I called my doctor and had him pull the prescription and send it it to CVS. I went over to CVS on Ashwood. They had my meds within hours. I chatted with a customer in my line who was a big fan of CVS here on Ashwood. She went on and on about how great the pharmacist and the pharmacy department was. When my name was called, I picked up my meds without a hitch. Then the customer, who I had chatted with shouted, "Welcome to your pharmacy! We are happy to have you." A few people in line cheered for me as well as the pharmacist! My sour mood changed to fabulous!! I am so dang happy about my experience. Bravo!!!”

“I visited Ventura KP urgent care while I was visiting family in Ventura. I was very sick with a fever, stomach virus or food poisoning for several days and wasn't recovering as quickly as I hoped- I was starting to wonder if something more serious was going on. I checked in at urgent care at about 8:45 am prior to the 9 am opening and was seen in about 20-30 minutes. Dr. Warritay was so kind, so quick and professional . I got stat lab work to check for dehydration and to rule out more serious problems. I was given some Zofran immediately to curb the nausea, and a prescription to take home. The lab work was completed in about 1 hour and Dr. Warritay reviewed it with me, I had to wait another 20 minutes for the pharmacy -- I was grateful for the compassion and care I received, even though the location was obviously super busy taking care of so many patients. Thank you, KP Ventura and Dr. W.”

“I have been going to Rogers for years, it's still the mom & pop kinda store/pharmacy and I like it that way. Employees are all very helpful & friendly I've had many opportunities to change to big box pharmacies but I choose to stay with Rogers I like the one on one with the pharmacist who I can speak with at anytime. It just feels good to go somewhere where they treat you as a human & not just an insurance number.”

“My Mother needed a Blood Pressure check here on Hill Rd. I asked if the nurse would be willing & allowed to come out to the car as my mom is quite elderly & frail. Getting her in & out of the car & wheelchair raises her BP as it is. A young man named Jason came out smiling & happy to do something different to help a patient. The BP cuff wasn't working, Jason tried repairing it himself, but it didn't work. He then tried a wrist cuff & it worked. Unfortunately, my mom's BP was still high. He tried it twice. It's still too high. Jason made her another BP check appointment. My mother has been a Kaiser patient for 25+ yrs. Most if the time she's had good to great care! Thank you Jason!!”

“Been to pharmacy twice. Luckily I have phenomenal health coverage, so don't know about prices. But first time went in late at night before closing for sudden, AWFUL tooth pain, I could barely talk. The female pharmacist, Indian, was SO kind. She didn't even tell me the aisle of where I could find a topical pain reliever, she just ASAP walked me to where everything was at and gave me a speedy breakdown of my options so that I could get my behind the relief I needed. Second time, a few weeks later, I ended up in the ER with pneumonia (fantastic). I was picking up a med, which was filled incredibly quickly. Then in the parking lot, my inhaler broke, and they were able to send a refill request to the ER and also had that filled right away. Both the pharmacist and the tech were very very very nice. I joked that per the last two reviews I was afraid to go in, and they laughed in a sort of "well, what can you do?" Anyway, maybe there's a Pharmacist Rachet on another shift, but my experiences were great”

“I am from out of state and I am here on vacation and realized I forgot my medication at home. I called to transfer my scrip here before I even got to California and Carolyn was very helpful on the phone. I called them a few hours after I had called the first time. And she told me they had it in stock and that I could pick it up. Very friendly and Such a relief when my doc office wasn’t the kindest. I arrived to pick it up and Courtney helped me so much. It was originally gonna be 165 dollars I had Goodrx code but she looked into it and because it was a vacation supply/emergency she gave me the SEVERELY discounted price. So amazing when I saw the price on screen. It’s nice to interact with humans for a change! Thank you Courtney and Carolyn ?”

“GETTING HERE: This Ralph's is on Victoria across the parking lot (facing) CVS. It's adjacent to where CBTL and Nothing Bundt Cakes are located (my other 2 fave stores). ;-)REVIEW: I prefer this Ralph's over most other grocery stores, to be honest. I prefer the store set-up, it feels larger and more open compared to other competitors where I always feel cramped in their aisles. I love the deli, bakery, shelves are always well-stocked (even post c 1 9). I've not yet used their Pharmacy but maybe one day. Sometimes, they seem to be short checkers during their busy times, but such is life. I do recommend, if nothing else the ease of the location (parking is a breeze) and you can ideally run all your errands in this one strip mall.”

“I have to commend your two employees who worked in the Pharmacy this morning. 12/26@ approx 11:00 a.m. One was the pharmacist. They were slammed with customers (it’s flu and RSV season) in addition to Kaiser sending all their patients there for Rx. These two women were professional, moving like lightening and friendly. You can be proud to have them work there!”

“The hours are good, one of the few places in Ventura that stays open past 6 pm in case you need benadryl cream for a rash, vodka at a decent price, shampoo, or a snack or two. This store has its own parking lot with entrances off Seaward and Jordan Avenue. The store really pushes the self-serve checkout unless you are buying alcohol because a live person must then check id.”
