Fantastic drop in no gi class on a Wednesday! There was good instruction and even better rolling. Really enjoyed the class will come back when I'm back in town.

Awesome place to train! All the best local people recommend Paragon, so I've always wanted to check it out. Stopped by open mat today and everyone was super welcoming, and demonstrated exceptional control. They have showers, heavy bags, and clean mats. Will definitely be coming back.

What a wonderful jiu jitsu gym! The coaches are amazing & each teach different techniques so you're able to be a well rounded martial artist. Everyone I have came across has been welcoming. Being a part of this gym is like a little family. I would definitely recommend this facility.
