“I normally go to Lowe's. After being really indecisive over an interior color for my business, a friend recommended I visit Sherwin Williams. Holy Toledo! Why did I try this place sooner?? I went in first to look and grab some samples. The young gentleman who helped me was so nice and eager to help. I left with four samples and was super impressed when I painted the swatches on my wall. Just that alone showed me the quality vs Lowe's samples and quality. I chose a color and went back a week later to purchase three gallons. A new (still young) gentleman helped me and completely WOWED me when he asked if my painter had an acct there. I wasn't sure. So he asked me for my painters number and lo and behold my painter had an acct. I asked what that meant. The young man said the painter gets a discount. I asked if that meant I got a discount and he said YES! Oh my gosh, how cool is that! What an unexpected surprise! Needless to say, I had to leave a review. The service was above par at both visits and I NEVER would have thought to ask if my painter gets a special rate?!!!! So for the man to mention it and proactively try to help me get the best deal, was just incredible. Great job Sherwin Williams. I will use them again for sure!”
