Terrible kept delaying my orders months and then when I asked for a refund they took months to refund me

Do not use Pacific Imprints if you want to receive your orders on time, have your orders fulfilled, or work with a responsive partner.My team and I place a sizable order with Mike and up until this point he was very helpful and responsive. The moment he had our money, he became unresponsive and missed every single deadline that arrived. Our client was forced to go on tour without merchandise despite many months of buffer we built into our production schedules. Despite this, we were happy to give Mike a second chance for our online shop as he one time cited personal circumstances for the issues.Once we launched our online shop, Mike's team also failed to fulfill customer orders. After months of waiting and consistent frustrated feedback from our customers, we were forced to refund our customers, drive to Pacific Imprints ourselves and take our items, and self fulfill orders that we had to refund to try to salvage customer and fan relationships. This process cost us thousands of dollars, extreme headache and put great strain on relationships with our most valuable customers (some of whom we lost for good).I hate to leave bad feedback for small businesses, but Mike unfortunately deserves every word of this review. If you are in the market for these services, please message me before going to Mike. I have found a provider that does everything Mike claims to but can't fulfill on and am happy to make a referral.

They used to be so good at getting me things on time but project after project they slowly just became distant and their 3 week turn around would actually be 4 months and even after that I still decided to work with them because you know I thought it was a one time thing they got backed up and then apparently coworkers caught Covid and I was completely understanding the whole time, and the second time went the same they avoid contact leave left me on delivered I paid December 7th and wanted them by February and they still delayed it pass the date I wanted them by and made me feel like a bad person cause I wanted a refund. Oh and the refund whole different story asked for it feb 19th and didn't get it fully back until June 26th. I used to like working with them but this just isn't a professional business very good work but very bad customer service and communication.

TLDR: Highly recommend. Ask for Kayla or Mike!I can tell you from first hand experience that the staff at P.I. are first rate. Kayla, Mike and their team are the real deal.The service is one on one and personal. You’re not dealing with a different person each time you call. Kayla takes the time to talk and guide you through the process.As a first time customer, I was clueless on how to design, let alone place an order for T-shirts’ for a family event. She took the time to ask me what I wanted and my price range. After one conversation, Kayla was able to send me a mock up of the design I liked and was able to quickly process the order.I’m so happy to have found Pacific Imprints and the amazing family behind the company.
