Best place. Great people, fast in and out most of the time and online results in as little as 5 hours. This is my go to lab.

In the past, when a doctor requests a blood, urine, or feces sample i have gone to another place that begins with the letter Q. I don't think I can say the name here. Q always has long waits. Yes they are shorter with appointments. it is often crowded at Q. A couple years back, my doctor said, Do you want to go to Q or Pacific Diagnostic labs? I had never heard of Pacific. I said I would try Pacific. WOW!!! This place has never had more than 3 people in the waiting room!! You do not need to make an appointment. Say what??? It is so dang convenient. The test results are super fast!!! Many of the doctors who are affiliated with CMH can see your blood results. So my gastroenterologist can check out my results as well as my endocrinologist. Easy peasy. I forgot to add my general doctor to my lab work. You can tell Pacific labs of all the doctors you want to see your test results. Pacific Diagnostic Labs are nearly perfect. I did have a couple of times when my insurance said there was a problem. I called and these 2 issues were resolved. I believe that there is only 1 or 2 people who work here. I do not know the name of the main gal. She checks you in and does the tests. She is a 1 woman show. She is always kind, friendly, & professional. I low-key do not want word to get out so this place doesn't get crowded and yet, I owe my fellow yelpers this knowledge.

The best experience, real people who really care. I would never go back to the place that starts with a “Q”

I have never written a poor review, until now. My complaint regards a defective Trio-Smart kit issued by an Irvine, CA. Lab. Since the kit was defective, my doctor ordered a second kit. I paid for the operating kit but receive bills for the defective kit. I have sent letters regarding the defective kit, but the bills keep coming. Since my letters have been ignored, I reached out to the number on the billing statement. I was told I had reached the billing department. They suggested that I call the referring doctor. Today, I followed the billing department's advice and reached out to the doctor. The situation has been very stressful. Why am I being billed for a defective product?

I was very surprised to not be met by someone taking my temperature before entering the waiting room. They were requiring masks, however when one person walked in without a mask no one questioned her to why she was not wearing one. You would have thought they would have asked her if she had a breathing issue. Nope she checked in and sat down in the waiting room with no mask. I also had an appoitnment and showed up about 5 minutes early thinking I wouldn't have to spend much time in the waiting room, however when it came to be 10 minutes past my appointment I stood back in line and asked how much longer. They explained I have to tell them I have an appointment and pointed to a sign far in the corner to my left where no one will see. They should be asking as you check-in, but the lady asked me right away for my insurance card and then my referring Dr. then took my lab slip and told me it would be a few minutes. So at that time I figured she knew I had an appointment if it was only going to be a few minutes with at least 6 others waiting as well. Also others that came in after me were told it would be at least 30 minutes, so again I assumed she knew I had an appointment. Of course my assumptions were wrong and I had to sit in the waiting room much longer than I cared too especially during a Pandemic. They should not only be doing temperature checks they should also not allow more than one person in the waiting room at a time and allow people to check in through their phones and wait in their cars until they have been texted to come in. Something other diagnostic labs are doing in town to follow the CDC guidelines.

My daughter and I set up appointment at 8:45 & 9 online. Got to Pacific and there were people waiting. Imagine my surprise when the people waiting were taken before me with an appointment. Finally got my blood drawn 45 minutes later. No apology or explanation why the wait. Not sure what value there is in booking an appointment it really didn't save me any time!!!

Avoid this lab. I was lied to and told that I was covered after giving my insurance card. They didn't discuss any fees, and then I'm stuck with an enormous fee for basic labs. And they tell me I was liable after telling me I was covered.

Longest wait ever just to pic up some containers to take home, about 45 mins. The phlebotomists was helping everyone else but had me waiting until everyone left. When I arrived before everyone. Her name was Sarah. Never going back!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Sarah was awesome! Kind and understanding. I hate having my blood drawn but Sarah was fast and professional. I had an appointment and I was in and out within 20 minutes or so. They have the most affordable prices in the area BY FAR. Everything was easy from top to bottom. Thanks, Sarah, and Pacific Diagnostic for making this a pleasant experience compared to all of the other crappy labs in the area. I would know-- I called almost all of them.
