I love this place so much! The entire staff is friendly and they really care about all the doggos! I went on vacation for 5 days and it happened to be over my dog’s second birthday. They dressed him up in birthday attire and sent me pics which completely made my day. I never worry about Nash when I am on vacation because I know he is in great hands! I highly recommend our dog house for boarding as well as daycare. They are fantastic!

This is the only day care facility that I trust with my dogs. The staff are well trained and incredibly friendly and really know how to take care of my dogs.

The team is AMAZING and always treats my Bentley like one of their own. My dog loves going to doggie daycare to hang out with them and the other doggies. The facility is clean as well.

I know my dog is happy and safe here. He's always excited running in and exhausted after his day. He has bad separation anxiety and does fine overnight there

Im writhing this review solely on how my dog treated me (picture included) after not being able to attend daycare due to my neglect of realizing I hadn't updated his shots. Hubert has been going off and on for about 6 months and has fallen in love with coming there and not being able to go clearly shows disappointment! He knows before we leave that if I say "puppy daycare" he's going to his favorite place and loves the staff that greet him with so much excitement. I'd highly recommend them to those looking for a welcoming place and a tired pup at the end of the day.

I am beyond happy with Our Dog House and all of the amazing staff that take care of my sweet Winnie! My Winnie LOVES coming here. I repeat - LOVES!!!!! She knows we are almost there when we are at a certain stop near the building, and she starts getting so excited! Every single person I have talked to has been friendly, knowledgeable, they listen if I have any concerns (she ate jeans. JEANS, so I asked if they could just keep an eye on her) and will let me know if they notice anything different in her demeanor. She isn't just a "dog we are watching" to them, they care about all of the dogs and its very evident when you watch them interacting with the dogs. She always has to say one final goodbye to whoever is up front that day with tons of kisses and a whole lot of loves - and that lets me know that she loves the people that are taking care of her! ***She also needs to make the rounds and jump "on" of any pawrents that are there to say hi, so if anyone has been jumped on by her, I'm so sorry! Lol*** I love that on holidays, birthdays, etc.. they do "photoshoots" (I attached some!) for the pawrents and oh my goodness they are amazing. They have a "Dog of the Week" which is so fun, it feels like you're getting to know the dogs that your own dog is playing with everyday! Every single dog that goes here is stinkin adorable and the pictures they take make it clear how happy all these dogs are coming to Our Dog House! Thank you, Alex, Shelby, Jasmine, Jill, (and I feel so horrible for not knowing the names of everyone that works there) for taking such good care of my Winnie girl!! Everyone I have talked to has been so great and Winnie is so excited to see each and every one of them! If you are looking for a daycare, Our Dog House is a great choice and I would recommend to anyone!

They boarded my dog for a week while I was traveling. Easy process, nice people. Hard to get by phone but responsive by text. They were good about periodically sending pics to confirm that my dog was doing well. Would use again and have recommended to others.

Employee "Alex" is harmful to animals and rude to the pet owners! Never take your lovable pooch to this place when she's working there. I've had bad experiences with her and other customers have told me the same. We're going elsewhere for doggy daycare.

Excellent!!! Our Australian Shepard has been going since March 2021 and loves it!! Her favorite and most responsive command is "DC" (daycare). It's her second home. Sam, Alex, Shelby, Jasmine, and Jasmine are professional and caring. They're supportive of all the dogs personalities and quirks. Their team works great together to ensure the safety, exercise, interaction, and wellbeing of each pup. We all enjoy a trip to Our Dog House. They're apart of our family journey - supporting us in caring for Lita and have cared for her when we couldn't - during the birth of our son and those challenging and precious several first months. They are reliable, responsive, and so caring! Thank you all!

My 1 year old dachshund, Buddy, went to daycare for 4 hours yesterday. He is very high anxiety and has pretty bad separation anxiety issues. They spent the time with him to start working through his issues so we can have a better socialized baby. He is going back next week! Facility is amazing.

This place is great. They give a free four hour assessment to see how your dog interacts and behaves. My dog must have gotten nervous (he's never away from me) so he had potty issues. They were kind enough to call and let me know and they gave him some food to assist him. They also gave him a second bath because of it. I will use them every time I need to leave town. Wonderful place.

They treat our dogs like royalty. A promising sign that they treat our dogs well is that both dogs cannot wait to go inside when we arrive. They come back happy with tails wagging. The staff goes out of their way to accommodate our dog's needs(they observe and report how our dogs act alone and with other dogs for guidance on future stays), and they are friendly to humans too. Lastly, they spend a good amount of time playing with the dogs(either individually or in groups, depending on your dog's individual needs). The dogs come home ready for a nap every time.

My dogs loves this place... the staff are amazing, understanding and have patience with our dogs. Drop off for doggie day care is easy. My dogs spent 10 nights, and they kept us informed on our vacation. The staff deserves 5 stars plus...
