Absolutely the best service and product that I have received in years! After fourteen years my Spring Air mattress was shot and I finally decided it was more than time to replace it. We were looking for organic mattresses in LA and Beverly Hills and they were triple the price of this place. Rob answered all of our questions and we were thrilled to know that it's a locally manufactured organic bed company with more coils than the average bed so very high-quality. Plus they give you an incredible 20 year guarantee. Very very happy!!

If you're looking for a less expensive, high quality organic latex mattress, look no further. The owner, Travis, seems very caring and health conscious so it reassuring for me to purchase a mattress from someone with those values. The mattress I purchased from him was in excellent condition and very comfy. I can finally sleep rest assured knowing that I'm not inhaling a bunch of unnecessary flame retardant chemicals. Delivery was also very easy and very quick.

We just purchased our second organic mattress from Organic Roots this year. We purchased a queen for our daughter in March and a twin last week for our granddaughter (they both have allergies, so organic was very important to us). Travis was very helpful on the phone and in person. We were lucky enough to have both mattresses in stock on the day of our purchases, and Travis took our old mattress too. When I first started looking at organic, I thought they were out of our price range, but we were pleasantly surprised at how affordable they are at Organic Roots. I went to see Travis at American Mattress/Organic Roots Mattress in Ventura on a recommendation and he hooked me up with what is easily the best and most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on. AND it's organic! AND it cost me less than my last one did! AND they delivered it to LA for me, set it up, and took away the old one. I couldn't be happier with their service or their mattresses. I've told everyone I know already, do yourself a favor and get your next mattress here!

Wow, what a great experience. After searching for a couple of months to find a genuine organic mattress that wouldn't set off my lovely spouse's allergies, we found Organic Roots. They have wonderful products at a great price and you really get the feeling that they are a holistic company--the products, people and service are all very honest and of high quality. We just got our bed delivered the other day and are very happy with it. We went with Ojai Valley model, which is a medium-to-softer latex top (talalay) with a spring bottom. We did order a bedframe from the catalogue they have as they are higher quality. Thanks Travis and Blessings on your business! Also: take note: it says "American Mattress Man" or something outside. Have no fear, it's the same company. The Organic Roots products are in the back room.

Simply Outstanding! I was shopping for a "natural" mattress and had been to most of the big stores in L.A., including that fancy expensive one on Main Street in Santa Monica that sells only latex mattresses for $4,000. I called the "deal" guy from Craigslist that has videos on YouTube, I shlepped to Burbank too... I was at the end of my rope really, trying to find something that fit in my budget and yet at the same time wasn't laced with chemicals. Luckily I stumbled on an ad for Organic Roots and made the trek up to Ventura to test the goods out. (Hey, I just couldn't get myself to buy a mattress without lying down on it first.) I'd sworn off of coil mattresses, I really had, I swore to myself I wasn't going to get one... and Organic Roots surprised me. I ended up getting an organic mattress that was absolutely perfect for me, firm enough to supply support but with a lovely natural cushy latex layer at the top for a chemical-free memory foam experience. The result: I saved about $1,000. Because Organic Roots really achieved what I thought was impossible with coils and latex combined, I ended up spending much, much less on a mattress -- an ORGANIC mattress -- and I'm totally satisfied. Every night when I climb into bed now, I say "aaahhhhhh" to myself. It's soooo good. The cherry on top of the whole experience is Travis who's very up front and open. He even talked me out of buying a new bed frame, telling me to keep what I already had. Who does that? If you're looking for an organic mattress that's a dream to sleep on but doesn't cost the same as a car, you must, must, must check out Organic Roots. p.s. they deliver to the greater L.A. area and walk the mattress all the way in.
