Very clean, no weird odors from washers or dryers or anything. Outlets work, and they have a kids area which is perfect for my 3 year old. They have double, triple, quadruple loads and up to 9 load washers amd 9 load dryers.... they girls that work there are incredibly nice and funny as well!

Nice, fresh and quiet. Machines are well kept in 2024. Friendly and available staff. Price for a washing machine ranges from 3.75 for a small machine up to 10.75 for a giant industrial monster that could fit about 9 children.

So not recommended for those traveling through. The lady at the “reception” was also visibly pissed that I wanted to let her do the laundry.

Clean quiet fast washing machines dryers worked well the only complaint I have is no restroom ?

This place is great!! It's busy but there are plenty of machines. And if you choose hot water you can actually see the steam coming up so you know you're getting actual hot water.
The place was very clean!!When I went there were three girls were working and one of them was going around sweeping approximately every 10-15 minutes. And the machines were very clean as well. Also I had some questions and they were very very helpful with me ??
Also don't leave your clothes in any of the machines or else you'll get red tagged ? the tag says to not be so inconsiderate of other people that also need to use the machines?(paraphrasing)
And if you get hungry or thirsty you can always pop over to the 7-Eleven.
The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it's $2.25 to dry instead of the regular 25 cents for every 15 minutes and it doesn't matter if you had a small load. So that I really didn't like!! I think $2.25 to dry is kind of high. And I like to check my laundry every 15 minutes just to see if it's already dry or not because usually my laundry is dry within a half an hour any other place that's only 50-75 cents

The facility is nice with out a doubt, but the management has the dumbest thing of having staff steal the cart’s away from certain customers while in use claiming that they are keeping the walk way clear. My elderly mom was opening the dryer and gathering the clothes to put in the cart when she was about to place it in the cart, the staff has taken the cart away and when she did mention it to the staff all they said is if she dsnt like that rule talk to the management! Ok when?!? The manager is never present!!!
They claim they care bout hazards yet wont do anything regarding their parking lot situation allowing patrons to double even triple park, blocking in cars all the times creating true hazards or fixing the machines that leak out where some one can slip. Like seriously focus on what will improve your customers experience, do better.

Was waiting for my clothes to dry and the lady worker handed my things to me and took my cart for "other customers" coming in, when I'm a customer myself

I go back and forth with this place they are more expensive but they are clean for the most part however it seems like unless you get the added wash for more money the clothes don't get clean I don't think they put enough water in or enough time. The convenience is you can use your debit card if you don't have quarters sometimes that really makes a difference.

Beautiful, clean, modern. My favorite place to do laundry. They even have a play area to entertain your kids!
