“Went to multiple Kia dealerships in hopes of getting the vehicle we wanted and in the color we wanted. Although a little far, we were referred by family to visit Kirby, and they sure did not disappoint. Most were not helpful or too aggressive and didn’t seem to want to work out a deal. Dennis B. provided excellent customer service inwhich I really wasn't expecting due to my past experiences at other auto repair shops. I explained what service I was looking for. He told me they didn't have those parts but asked me to hang on and he immediately picked up the phone to locate what I wanted. Success! Dennis gave me a price in advance and explained all the details to me on how this service would work. The work was scheduled the following week after the parts were expected to arrive and was completed in the time frame I was quoted. “They are my mechanic for life! I wish I could give more stars. They are honest and trustworthy!!! While their diagnostics are very thorough, do not be overwhelmed. They break them down to what is essential and a safety issue vs what can wait depending on your budget and what they noted and will just keep an eye on. They truly are mechanics who wants to create a lasting relationship with you and not one trying to get the most $$ they can with each visit.
When I met them I had already seen 3 mechanics and put thousands of dollars into my car but certain issues persisted. They were baffled that anyone, let alone 3 mechanics, had me fix so much without figuring out what the actual problem was. They explained that the issues I had fixed were the cause of an engine problem and would only break down again. Not only that but it was part of a recall not one mechanic mentioned before them. But none of these past mechanics even bothered to find out what the main issue was. Unfortunately, the car was just past the time where I could have the dealer fix it.
At the time I was on a major budget. Straight broke. After giving me my options I asked for their advise. They advised it was not worth paying for a new engine and certainly not worth fixing the existing engine and put my car on hospice care which required a lot of visits but not much $ so I could save for a new car.
Now I am on my second car as is my husband. I had them do a pre-purchase inspection which in turn had the dealer do some needed maintenance before we bought.

“I have been going to Fine European Car Service for many years now.Today I took my wife's car in for issues with the heater/defrost system. Moussa took great care of us and resolved the issue within a couple of hours. As always, his honesty and integrity are commendable and his prices always reasonable! I wouldn’t take our vehicles anywhere else.If you are an Alfa Romeo owner, this is the only mechanic you’re going to need! “I have to take the time to shout out my car angel Marco for all the support he gave me today. I just bought a new car yesterday and immediately the check engine light came on. I have been dealing with so many car issues recently and felt so overwhelmed that as Marco was explaining the repairs I needed, I fully broke down crying to him lol. He was so kind, checked on me multiple times while I was waiting, super rushed my repairs, and even got it done faster than the time he quoted me. Price wasn’t bad either. The owner Kevin was also so kind! Will definitely come back here for future repairs and appreciate their excellent service and compassion!”

“We had our vehicle worked on indirectly through him, but I personally talked to him later both on the phone and in person. He was polite to me both times, fun to talk to, and sympathetic to our situation.
I only give four stars, cause I did see their prices and it's a bit steep and out of my price range. For example, smog is over $80 versus where we usually go, which is under $60.”
“Great experience! I Recently purchased a used MX5 and wanted it looked over just as a sanity check. It was 10+ years old but low miles and in visibly great shape. The team reviewed the entire car at no charge and found a couple small service items. Very thorough condition report (with pics) and speedy service.”

“I'm an old mechanic and it came down to needing an alignment on my lowered Ford Flex (toaster wagon). Made an appointment with these guys on a recommendation from a tire shop. They got the job done they got it done right and the price was exceptionally reasonable.I couldn't be more pleased and that is saying a lot .”
“Big Brand Tires prices are one of the better ones that I found but my only complaint is I think they need to have more help working on cars because I came for three tires with an appointment and it took 3 hours which I do believe it's a little long to have to wait for three tires to be put on with an appointment, I also was quoted one price and the next day when I came for my appt.and to pay for my three tires they didn't honor the quote that I that was given so the price was different but overall Big Brand is a great place I just think there's some Corrections that need to be made for better service to the customer”
“I was so sure that my out of date no longer made vehicle (2006 Saab 9-5) would cost me an arm and a leg to get the AC going again, but Pedro was great to work with and he was able to diagnose the issue and get it fixed AND I didnt have to sell my kidney to pay for it!
He said they do just about all auto work, so I will def be coming back for oil changes, tune ups, etc”

Good hourly rate, very fair on their parts pricing and very knowledgeable. They gave me two quotes for the water pump replacement I needed, one quote with the cheaper parts and the other quote with the good parts. Quick turn around time. 10/10 would recommend for engine work.”
