“My HP wide-format (takes up to tabloid size paper) printer failed to position the printhead so I could replace cartridges. I brought it to Express Business Machines and Gregg quickly diagnosed it. Only problem was that HP no longer offered the part it needed. That didn't stop Gregg; he went online and located the needed part. However it was in China and wouldn't/couldn't be shipped to the U.S. I decided it was time to replace the printer. When I asked Gregg what I owed for his efforts, he said, "No charge." You can be sure that whenever I need printer repair in the future, I will be headed to EBM.”

“My go-to place for office stuff, I bought a printer with no fuss. Since I knew what I wanted, the sales person led me right to it and even carried it to the counter for me. Having it in stock solved my printing emergency. We made the mistake of buying HP printer ink online, which ended up being a clone, not HP, so our printer wouldn't accept it. This store had the ink we needed in stock, solving yet another printer problem. Their paper prices are good too.”
