Company is a total joke. Does not answer phone calls, passed me off to a rep who made all kinds of false promises on the XIP and I was connected with Ruben who is sales for XIP. Another guy who made nothing but false promises. Stay clear of this company and their equipment.

I recently purchased a NEXA 3D printer, XIP and I have been extremely disappointed with my experience. The printer itself is unreliable and constantly malfunctions, causing me to waste hours and materials on failed prints. The customer service/support system for this company is a mess. Trying to get a simple issue resolved takes far too much effort and involves an endless back-and-forth exchange of emails. The representatives seem to have limited knowledge and are unable to provide proper solutions. The process is slow, frustrating, and inefficient, leaving me feeling extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received. It's unacceptable that I have to jump through so many hoops just to get basic support. I hope the company takes steps to improve their customer service in the future, because as it stands, it's a complete letdown.The lack of support has left me feeling frustrated and helpless, and I would not recommend this product to anyone. If you're in the market for a 3D printer, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere and invest in a more reliable and well-supported brand.
