Company is a total joke. Does not answer phone calls, passed me off to a rep who made all kinds of false promises on the XIP and I was connected with Ruben who is sales for XIP. Another guy who made nothing but false promises. Stay clear of this company and their equipment.

They took a Phrozen printer and made it much more expensive and less reliable!
