I have been looking for a local mechanic for my late model Lexus, having run through a number of them for various reasons, and took a shot at these folks due to some good reviews. I'm happy I did! I needed an AC servicing and a new windshild wiper fluid container. They took care of both issues inexpensively. My breaks also needed to be replaced. No longer an inexcensive proposition, but I run through them and they did a nice job. I will look to return next time I need service. Kim, who runs the place, is terrific. Very upfront, straightforward and knowledgable.

He said they were the most reputable and competent mechanics in Ventura. He was right. Exceptional staff, owner has integrity/knowledge and work is spot on. I phoned in an appointment. They followed up with me the day before to use the night drop off. They followed up with me about the services to be rendered. They let me know the issue they found and how to solve it. And then they let me know when it was complete. That’s quality customer service.
