Terrible customer service in the one on Telephone Rd in Ventura. As they see you walk in, they’ll act too busy to help you & answer the phone, not put the call on hold like most due, but make you, a love customer ready to make a purchase, purposefully keep you there for up to 20 mins or until one of the ladies comes out of their business offices & rings I but the local Ojai Napa has been owned by Carthell for yrs & Years & with his knowledge, great customer service & pretty well stocked store, he deserves a 5 *
