I had a terrible experience here. I requested a match to the polish I walked in with. The owner and I had a misunderstanding and he became very angry and his wife joined in yelling at me publicly.

The job done was horrible... see photos... all my nails in my hands look different. When I said something the go offensive. Paint job on toes and nails awful.. one last was nice. But not for what you pay..

I've been coming to this location for years. The staff are like family and always in a good mood. Location is always clean and I've never had such great service. I always get my nails and pedi with Teresa but all of the staff are experienced and professional.

Coming from someone who was a regular of the owner Jenny on and off for about 5 years, I am saddened to say my time with this place is beyond done. No need to make an appointment here- they don't take it literal. If someone walks in 5-10 mins before you arrive, they won't wait for you, they'll take the incoming client that just started and now you are stuck there waiting for 15-25 minutes when you scheduled an appointment. They tell you to come back. This has happened like 15+ times to me. I get being busy, but schedule your clients out further so you don't have to make them run a second trip- or wait an excessive amount of time. Not only that, but when you do schedule an appointment & there's nobody available for you ( which doesn't necessarily make sense since you scheduled an appointment) anyways.. when a nail tech finishes they'll still take incoming clients while you are still waiting- like they forgot about you. This happened to me today. Scheduled a mother daughter pedicure & my mom was done and I still had not even got helped yet. Ridiculous- especially since a worker finished & took someone else. At the very end when she noticed I was upset she offered to take me- although my mom was already done- kinda defeats the purpose. Not to mention we were on a time crunch... this is why I scheduled two appointments. If this isn't enough to make you frustrated, they also tend to fluctuate prices a LOT. Sometimes my nails would cost 40$, 45$ all sorts of different prices but just for an acrylic fill no designs ever included. I was getting the same thing done every time. Pedicures cost $30- sometimes $40, or $45. You never know what ur getting charged. Not accurate with appointment times at all. Trust me, I work in customer service & have been patient for years with this place but it just isn't worth it anymore.

Nails D'Elegence is the best. My daughter broke a nail before homecoming and even though she originally had them done somewhere else (who didn't have time to fix it) Nails D'Elegence fixed it on the spot! Awesome customer service ❤?

I should have read the reviews before going here, just the worst pedicure I've ever had, it was genuinely stressful. I had to ask for a wet towel and left as fast as I could because the lady mixed in sugar or something with the lotion and left my legs and feet sticky everywhere! I need to take an additional shower when I get home because I couldn't get all of it off. No bottom coat to the polish, and left polish all around my nails on my skin. Almost no massage, but honestly halfway through I just was so put off I almost walked out in the middle anyway. Also, they are priced higher than my usual place by $4 and only take cash, no card like all the other places I've been to in Ventura. Just terrible.

I wouldn't recommend anyone who tells you a price, then after services charge more. My 13 year old got full set. They told her cost would be $30 dollars then at the end charges her $35. I asked why, he said because she picked round. Then why ask square or round, or advise people round is higher price than square. Don't decide to up charge her at the end. It's a shame to lose a customer for 5 bucks because I wouldn't go back! Not to mention, round is not a special shapeService: Manicure

I asked for a small heart, which i was told was easy. it came out as a black smudge with black smeared around. none of the nails were uniformed, and all were bumpy. i also bled twice

Went in 11am and was told to come back at 12:30 sat there at 12:25 until 115 to be told that we couldn’t be seen. Totally understand if they’re too busy or whatever but having a sit there for 40+ minutes and pick out colors instead of informing us they wouldn’t be able to us not cool.

First pedicure on a long time. They weren't very busy and she did a good job! Loved the hot oil and hot rocks on my legs. Very relaxing.

Very friendly, efficient staff. The whole experience was relaxing. Note that they do not accept credit cards so bring cash!
