Maria at metro pcs was incredibly kind and helpful. She made the process quick and easy. She helped us a lot. Maria deserves a raise, she was helping us, her co worker and others in the store. She was so on top of it!

Very bad experience, they did not want to give the opportunity to use the 14 calendar days of returns, and they do not explain the terms and conditions of what you are going to buy, they should stop them. I do not recommend them at all, be careful.

The staff is nice but doesn't seem to know what they're doing. I went in a month ago when I qualified for the ACP. I had been a TMobile customer and needed to switch to Metro due to the ACP and was hoping it would hold me over until I got a new job. I provided the store with all the necessary information. I had thought they set everything up right, paid my portion of the bill after the ACP discount, and went on about my life. Then I went in to pay my next month's bill and learned that they never set up the ACP for me at all in their system. No one at the store could figure it out. They called Customer Service who told me I had to re-apply all over again. I explained that the application was still good for nearly another month so I didn't need to re-apply. The store said they couldn't help me. I went home and sat on hold for 1.5 hours with Customer Service and got no one. Then I spent another hour+ on the online chat, to no avail. I learned from them, howevr, that this particular store had given me a new customer activation discount in the same amount as the ACP discount, but they never entered the ACP approval, so they just signed me up as a new customer and got themselves a new person added to their quota, but they NEVER ACTUALLY DID THEIR JOB PROPERLY. I was informed that I either had to pay the full amount, without the discount for at least 1-2 billing cycles until they figure it out (yeah...like I can trust that will ever happen) or I'll be without a phone. I chose the latter and am looking at competitors but now don't trust any of them. Their screw-up should've been resolved in MY favor since I had all the information and was a previously established, good customer. I had all the paperwork, I had always paid my bill, etc. Instead, it felt like a bait and switch. I'm also reporting them to the ACP. Buyer beware. They're just out to fill their sales quotas.

This location isn't very helpful if u break your phone and try to replace it with another of your own devices rather than purchase a new phone from them. I wish we had other option for metro near the west side

I just called the store and got hung up on by a customer service representative who refused to give me her first name. I did not even get a chance to talk to her or tell her my problems or even why I was calling, I simply said hi who am I speaking with and she refused to give me her name. She would not help me, she flatly hung up on me and now will not answer when I call back. I know they have caller ID and I know she's purposely not answering when it was my number because I called with another number and they answered. I got my phone a week ago, and I've had nothing but issues... dropped calls and service. I have lost time and money and clients because of these issues. Now I call the store to simply ask when I can come in, and I am not even getting the graciousness to be told what customer service representive of I am talking to and then hung up on. I will be following up with this with corporate. I don't even know her name and you can bet I will be leaving MetroPCS today.

I WAS A LITTLE NERVOUS GOING INTO THE STORE AFTER REDING A FEW OF THE PAST REVIEWS. BUT WITH THEIR 5G DEAL FOR $25 P/M PLUS A FREE PHONE WAS TOO GOOD TO PASS UP. WITH THE HELP OF JACKIE I HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE WITH A CELL COMPANY I'VE EVER HAD. SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT I EXPEXTED. I LEFT THERE WITH EVERYTHING TRANSFERED FROM MY OLD PHONE EVEN MY OLD NUMBERAND EVERYTHING NEW ALL SET UP..THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS THE MODEL PHONE WAS SO NEW THEY DIDN'T HAVE ACCESSORIES FOR IT YET. I WILL BE GOING BACK THOUGH.

Very bad service, delayed, with thousands of pretexts not to help you when it comes to a problem with a device, or insurance, when you go to hire the service they talk excellent but once you have the contract, very horrible service and despotic attitude The boy in the place was very inefficient.
