I was surprised by the professionalism of Ms. Rachelle Macalma, one of the Respiratory therapist from Good Night medical. She didn’t had to help me but she took time and explained everything which mask is good for me. Not only that she called the re supply department on behalf of me to fix my sleeping mask. Thank you for your outstanding service.

Train Wreck!This place has no concept of organization, customer service or responsiveness. They can't even tell you what your resupply order items cost! And forget about transferring your medical records/prescriptions to another provider. If your doctor automatically sends your orders/prescriptions here, tell them where you actually want them sent as this is NOT the place you want 'serving' you!

Called Good Night Medical to inquire of my CPAP air RX adjustment and Rachelle Macalma was excellent customer service, to be totally honest, she was one that actually provided a well executed Customer Service, haven't had that type service in a long time, meant alot! Thank you!

This is the first time I have used a CPAP machine. It was a challenging start, and it is still so now adapting to the machine. From extended wait for the machine to be delivered due to inventory availability, replacing with suitable mask after a failed one, to finally setting up the machine at home and starting to apply it, it was not an easy job. Luckily, I have known Rachelle, my appointed therapist. She is friendly, patient and kind in person. When it comes to her profession, she is knowledgeable and resourceful. She was always attentive to my questions and concerns with valuable advice. I also wanted to say thank you to Audrey from the Resupply Team for her immediate response to replacing the defective one that I received with a new one. Thank you both for your good jobs done!

No words can describe the kind of assistance we've received from Rachelle MaCalma. To experience her professionalism in dealing with her patients is one of a kind. Her service to us is unparalleled! She expediously handled our case efficiently with ease. That extra effort was beyond expectation and we appreciate it very much. What an asset she is to MetroMed. Thank you for having someone who has given us so much information and for her following through every step of the way until the final shipment of our CPAP. I was initially apprehensive about going in to meet with a respiratory therapist, but Rachelle was absolutely incredible. They were not crowded, everything was spotless, and after a brief wait, she patiently spent time showing me why my new mask wasn’t working (too big!), how to deal with pesky air leaks and dry mouth, and proper and THOROUGH cleaning instructions. After my first good night’s sleep in a month thanks to her advice, I was able to text her some more specific questions about supplies and tools, and she graciously and completely answered everything and put me at ease. Plus, sent helpful video links! I’m so grateful and truly impressed at her expertise, patience, and compassion. 5 stars all the way!!
