Melody O'Leary-Namikas and Kaitlin Miller are the mother-daughter dream team that everyone needs but not everyone finds. These incredibly dedicated and hard-working ladies went above and beyond to assist my mom with the sale of her home. From arranging a professional photographer to guiding us through the selling process, they made every step easy. They even facilitated communication with the sellers of the home we planned to buy, making sure both transactions were perfectly coordinated for our convenience. I would recommend them to everyone I know if I could. I couldn't be happier with their service.

Kaitlin and Melody are amazing! They helped us locate our dream home and we had to navigate through some unexpected hurdles. I truly don't think we would have been able to end up with this home if it weren't for Kaitlin and Melody. Not to mention that we decided to sell our current home right when we entered escrow on the purchase of our dream home. Buying and selling at the same time is stressful, but they made the process as easy as possible. We ended up with multiple offers and a quick sale and again its only because Kaitlin and Melody were our realtors. I highly recommend them to everyone who is in the market in Ventura County. Absolutely the best!

Me and my husband were introduced to Melody and Kaitlin by one of my colleagues who greatly appreciated their help in her home purchase journey. When we first met Melody and Kaitlin, they were very supportive and paid sincere attention to our needs. They were realistic from the get go and worked with us through our journey instead of the shortage of inventory. In this market, we were actually able to put an offer within 4 days of starting house hunting and we got the house. It was a bumpy journey as we were the first time home buyer and there were lots of processes along the road many of which we did not understand and some of which were honestly frustrating. However, whenever we had questions, Kaitlin and Melody were always there to answer all of them. They went extra and beyond for us and negotiated with the buyers agent many of our requests and suggested us what we should request realistically and what is ok to overlook. They always communicated on all updates from escrow, lender and seller on time. Buying a home can be so stressful and we are so happy that Melody and Kaitlin were our realtor and we got our first dream home with them.Thank you so much Kaitlin and Melody :)
