Don’t look any further for a great competent, cordial, and professional bike shop! Nate, the owner is a very knowledgeable, and a bike enthusiast! His team went above and beyond to work on my MTB and they did a fabulous job. I highly recommend them for your biking needs and repairs.

Hard time get ahold of anyone here, closed on random days ( i know they are closed Sunday and Monday)& no one answers the phone, need to leave a message. Kind of sad.

We had a wonderful experience. None of the typical bike shop attitude in this shop. Just helpful and fantastic people.If you avoid most bike shops because of that “shop guy” attitude. Go to Matt’s. I’m confident they will take good care of you like they did us.They have a lot of great bikes, ebikes and parts and the mechanics skillfully solved our shifter emergency too.

Very helpful staff. They gave me some good information in helping to make a decision on a bike purchase. Shop has been remodeled. Signage will be changed to Ventura Cycling Center in the near future.

By far the best customer service. I stopped by to ask a few questions about my nerve racking squeaky front tire. Nathan took a quick look and identified the problem. Rob was able to check me in and get it fixed within 15 minutes. The dynamic duo in my eyes, I rode away with a smile. It’s rarity to find customer service like that these days. Reasonably priced as well. I highly recommend Matt’s Cycle, thanks guys!

I thought I had a pretty routine component replacement needed, and it wasn’t going to be cheap! Without me even asking, the technician took a deeper look and found he could replace some cables and extend the life of my component, saving me hundreds of $. I’m a huge fan! Love creative problem solving. ❤️ They could have made a nice profit on name brand, high end components, and chose to save me money instead. They have my loyalty!
