“Just got a futon from here. I stopped in because I have friends who have shopped here before who really liked it. Jesse was working and helped me figure out what I was looking for BUT the reason I would definitely recommend is because I told him straight up, I have a small car, and no help to move things in and out of my house. If I buy it, it has to be lightweight and small. He said this one futon would be good, but I told him I thought it was too big/too heavy. He then unpacked it, and loaded it into my car FOR ME. It literally took me like 15 mins to go in, find what I wanted, and get his help taking it out! You do NOT get that kind of help/experience from buying cheap furniture online. Go here, you won't regret it!”
“Very grateful to have access to high-quality organic mattresses locally. I wet with the Ojai (as a replacement for my old Ashland model from the same company). “This company hires wonderful employees that go out of their way to help you. One employee even sent me pics on her cell phone to show me a mattress since I was out of state! The next day when I had questions she happily answered them even though she was off work! I didn't realize that she was off work until she told me to call the store to give them my credit card info to complete my purchase. The man that helped me was also wonderful. I highly recommend this company for fairly priced and inexpensive yet very comfortable mattresses.”
