I had a handful of clothes that got lint all over them in the wash / dryer at home. It was too much to pick off. I tried washing them over and over again, no luck in getting the lint off. I decided to take them to Marina Village Cleaners in hopes I’d find help in getting the lint off. At no charge, they gave me a device to help me get the lint off at home. I will definitely return to Marina Village Cleaners in the future for their excellent customer service. Thank you!

They shrank my two cashmere sweaters .They "try to fix it " back to normal .I have to try the sweaters many times so they can get the right size .At the end of course it didn't work .Not even an apology ,So so disappointed. Won't go there anymore .

I’ve been here 3x now. The hand soap dispenser has been empty every time. There is no place to wash after handling dirty quarters (forget about covid protocols)… and the bathroom out of order… not even hand sanitizer is provided.

Terrible customer service!! These employees are so unfriendly. They closed at 4:55(not 6 as advertised), as I'm walking up and refused to help pick up 1 shirt. I let them k ow I was going on vacation and needed this one item and they ignored me and continued to lock their door. Would not recommend!!

They dry cleaned some duck down comforters for us. They were big items and not cheap, but they did a great job. We will be using them again

They did a super job on a satin outfit temiiving stains and making it look like new. Thank you so much. BTW the internet shows open at 7 but that's wrong. They open at 8 am.

Great cleaner. I am always a little worried when I bring my expensive wool suit in to get it cleaned to any place. They did a great job.
