This place is so dirty. There is stuff all over the pedicure stations, the chairs are falling apart, it's just not clean. My father is diabetic and I treat him to one when I can. He wanted to come here and I wanted to run away the second they put me in a chair. The chair has exposed wires and is falling apart and was very clearly not cleaned after the previous client. I declined all services, but he still insisted so I did what he wanted. The lady didn't do bad, she hurt him a few times. He is a very large man and can't move like most and she kept telling him to bend his knees into his chest. He can't. She got mad at him and it took everything in me not to go off. People have always worked with his size and worked with him. This is so freaking disappointing. Don't be fooled by their pictures. It does not look that nice anymore!!! They could've asked a guy sitting with his SO to switch to the other side of her and instead, they put me in this crumbling piece of trash. NEVER AGAIN!!!! So freaking gross.

They always have availability and let you know when to come in when you call ahead but you have to call. They gave great chairs and have reliable staff!

For me this was a bad experience. The girl that did my pedicure was very rough, my toe was bleeding and became infected. I treat myself to a pedicure 2 or 3 times a year, so this was really a disappointment for me.. :(

My boyfriend & I were visiting Ventura for our b-day weekend. Decided to do a last minute pedicure and I just have to say; this has been one of the best pedicures by far I have ever had. The two ladies that did our pedicures were so nice and actually took their time even though we were walk-ins. I definitely recommend this place! Thank you T for your hospitality and will definitely be coming back here when I am back in the area

Went in to get a pedicure. Sat there for a bit and then a lady started my toes and way to ruff literally cut my toe. And I'm beyond scared to get an infection. I would be cautious going. There such in a rush to get the next person that they don't even take there time. Worst part was the lady doing my toes was to busy texting while doing my nails. Won't be back!!!!!!!!

I had the most horrible experience in this place. I was asked to seat when I arrived and everyone who arrived after were served before.The completely forgot about me.The person who did the pedicure was a young man who seemed to be new and inexperienced.I am so disappointed and frustrated after waiting to have the most ugly pedicure.They try to have a lot of clients and don’t pay attention to providing a service with quality.Service: Pedicure

Asked for French tip got something different and had to get redone, The same old woman that did them before redid them this time and They’re gloppy and some have brown dots, would not recommend. Horrible.I as trying this new place. I will not recommend this place at all. I went for a French gel manicure. The lady that helped me filed my nails so deep, that to the day, they are red, sore and super thin. I had to cut all my nails super short. I left on the middle of the service. I did not let her to finish.

Sat in a chair with a broken massager for 45 minutes. Was ignored by staff even though we had appointment. Serveral other customers were served while I sat. Horrendous customer service. Was never served and I walked out.Service: Pedicure
