I asked for a long pixie cut and I even showed her a picture, she cut my hair and made me look like Dora. So in other words she did what ever she wanted. and that is why I give this salon a 2/5. I don't recommend going there. So I hope this helps ?

I went to Sarah for hair extensions for the first time yesterday and I could not be more thrilled. I moved recently to Ventura and I am so lucky to have found Sarah. I have been having hair extensions for years but this was the first time by Sarah and they are the best extensions by far I have ever had. They look and feel amazing!!!!I can not recommend Sarah more highly!!!

Butcher cuts. Smelled of cigarettes.1 hairstylist was too afraid to cut hair and the other too confident. Questioning if everyone there even has a license. This was not the place I remember with the previous owner. Do not go here.

I don't usually leave reviews but I'm truly thankful and appreciative of Sarah. I had hair extensions placed at a different salon and let's just say that they didn't do a good job. I was in pain and discomfort since I had them placed therefore I was desperately seeking to have them removed-mind you it had only been one week. I had headaches, neck pain and I was unable to sleep. I thought I had gone to a well qualified salon, I paid for the work I wish I had received. I spent over 2grand which is embarrassing to admit. Thankfully I came across Sarahs salon and she offered to help me right away.She really took her time removing my extensions carefully so that they would not damage my natural hair or damage the extensions. She saved me the trouble of having to purchase new ones had they been damaged in the process of removing.I already know for a fact had I gone to the original salon to have them removed they would have really damaged my hair, which I really take care of.She also complimented the health of my hair since removing extensions on damaged hair can cause breakage.Sarah really takes pride in her work as well as proving quality customer service. She also took the time to help me bundle my hair for future use. Thank you for the delicious tea and cookies as well!Thank you once again. I am free! HahaService: Hair extensions

10/10 highly recommend. I was a little skeptical about getting my extensions redone as last time I had been ripped off by someone else but Sarah exceeded my expectations for an an excellent price. After our consultation I knew I was in good hands and she ended up doing an amazing job. She took her time making sure my extensions fit perfectly and they ended up looking beautiful. She also uses high quality products as well as high quality human hair. It was my first time going there Sarah cut my hair and did it just the way I wanted it. I was very happy with my cut and style that I wanted. Sarah is beautiful inside and out. I love magic touch salon. It’s completely changed, and it looks AMAZING! The service is really good and it has the vibes of a perfect salon. They do it right and have a good deal. This salon has professionals which is something that people should be expected to get. I would recommend this salon to everyone. There are some people sabotage the salon. That person used to work for Yuang He, and is jealous of the new business which is just weird and awful. Anyways, the salon is the best and has a warm welcome! ???Service: Haircut
