I love this location! I went in yesterday with my two little nieces 4 and 3. Theresa was so incredibly kind, helpful and just a real gem. She helped me find what I wanted and was so friendly and cute with my nieces who were checking everything out, including themselves in the giant mirror. It's not often you find customer service like this. I will be back in on myNext visit to Ventura

We were in Ventura shopping and I decided to stop in M.Fredric store. I have never been in one and at first I didn't think I was going to find anything and was going to leave when a nice salesperson named Alexis N. came up and asked if I needed help. Honestly, I didn't think anyone was going to help me but she persisted and was very nice and genuine. I ended up leaving with two outfits and will be a continuing customer, even if it's online. Thanks Alexis N. at the Ventura location for being wonderful at your job. You made the experience a pleasant one and I love my new outfits :)

I always enjoy shopping at my local M Fredric store. The ladies who work there are very helpful. The clothes are always fashionable , though sometimes some of the brands are not as well sewn as the others. Still I have been a loyal customer for many years. Long before I had a "local " store!

I love this place, I'm in my early 30s and I have outgrown the forever21 old navy shops and this place is a little bit more pricey but the quality goes beyond the 4-6 washes. They have so many cute outfits for date nights or night out with the girls. I went in there recently and found a cute jumper and an LA dodger hat that I got so many compliments on. I recommend to check in since they are always getting new stuff. They also have a cool check in reward system that you get points and cash back. Love love love this place! Oh and they have great lighting and huge changing rooms :)
