Came in here with two sisters and one friend (who was just tagging along) me and my sisters showed our nail tech our designs and gave all of us an estimate of $55 each. My dad showed up later to check on us, but later once he left, they tried to charge $70 more. Once we confronted them, they had no defence and claimed to had “accidentally” charged my friend, who got nothing done there, for a full set. After they realized she wasn’t being charged, they only took off $30… which doesn’t even cover a full set…Cannot deny that they have great nail techs and do good work, but would definitely not trust them. CALCULATE YOUR PRICE BEFORE PAYING. ASK FOR SPECIFICS AND WHY THEY CHARGED EXTRA (if they did).

I walked in here with my friend and 2 of her sisters. They got acrylics but I didn’t so it was 3 acrylics. They asked what the price would be and she said $55 so $165 total. I sat by my friend while she got hers done. I have nails on from a previous appointment at a completely different salon in a completely different town. The lady was being rude towards my friend and the desk was really messy. A simple bow design was an extra $5 which she didn’t do well anyways. The 2 sisters had to wait for like 2 hours and they later on said the price was $230. This was crazy because the original price would be $165 and including a tip would be $189, so thats impossible. When we confronted them, they said that they “accidentally” included my nails and added an extra $70. This was also impossible because they didn’t even touch my nails. Afterwards, they only took off $30. They acted so clueless and this nail salon is isolated from the rest of the mall. They have no excuse. No tip and no longer coming back. Decent work, horrible workERS.

Went in for a pedicure. Didn’t get a chance to look at the menu at the door but I figured they would give me a pamphlet of their services but I didn’t get one. I got a gel pedicure. The woman did a great job but I was a little dissatisfied that I didn’t get the full spa experience I was hoping for. No extra services were offered. Even the massage chair didn’t work well. Basic in and out job but overall good work on my toes.It is a good location since it’s in the mall, open until 8pm.

Dirty, tools were not sterilized, no gloves, 1 minute foot and leg massage, chair was broken and the fumes were over powering. Never going back.

I had a horrible experience at this place DO NOT RECOMMEND at all. I went in for a pedicure and the lady attending me started yelling at me because I didn't want gel. She was angry the whole time and even cut one of my toes. she tried to hide the blood with nail polish.

I always have a great experience at Le's O Nails. So much so that I scheduled an appointment with Henry to do my wedding nails! I'm super happy with the way they came out and his attention to detail.

Such a bummer because the lady herself was very nice but while doing a pedicure for me she cut way too deep into my skin and made me bleed. And after 24 hours I realized I had a toenail infection on both big toes. I went to the ER after 5 days or Avon pain walking and they said most likely they didn’t clean their tools properly and infected me and now I have to get the infection cut out.
