I like the choice of frames, the experienced and friendly staff, and the price. Although my insurance (Kaiser) only covers its own glasses, I go to Lens Crafters because I find the cost comparable during their great sales.

Andrea was very nice and extremely helpful. She spent almost an hour helping me pick out frames that were right for my face. My new glasses were ready the same day! I will definitely go back to the Ventura (Pacific View Mall) Lenscraters.
