do not trust this b***** she will do your taxes and never file them. do not rent property from her!! she is a malitous b**** who stoll a year of my life as well as my deposit. we are a disabled family and she prayed appon us. diana castro is a f****** slum lord that god will take of on her judgment day!!!! if you have had the same experience contact me. we are starting a class action against castro and will not stop until we have her license revoked!

We had legacy do our taxes and at the time of service was great but after that don't expect to have a email or phone call returned about your taxes if you have concerns or questions. After sitting on hold with tax board apparently they did not send in proper paperwork so now we owe tax money from 4 years ago. Will not ever return here

Was initially very happy with my tax services. Then four years later I received a bill for my state taxes that were apparently due. When I contacted legacy Taxes to find out why this amount wasn't brought to my attention as being due the year my taxes were actually done but four years later, she said she would review and gave me the same exact answer that it was owed from that year?! What does that even mean if it was owed why didn't you find it and let me know that was part of my balance? So when I called again because her email response was so vague, I was told that she would get back to me as soon as she pulled my file and went over everything since it was so long ago. Nobody ever responded to me, so I Proceeded to email her assistant who said that she would forward the email to Diana once again to go over it to find out why she didn't once again fine this error the year she actually did my taxes. That was in October and I've never gotten a response since. Very unprofessional, and I'm very disappointed and will not be using legacy tax ever again.
