I went to the store to see this particular lamp that has a red base because I wanted to make sure it was the "right" shade of red. They only had the green one, but they told me I could order it and have it shipped to me (in 2 days) and if the color wasn't right, just return it to the store. Very easy!

Montana was extremely helpful Well, we were trying to find the perfect lamp for our house. She was able to find things for us that we’re not in the store, but we’re online that even I couldn’t find when I was doing my own search at home.
She was very informative about the warranty, has ordered our second lamp that should be arriving soon. She really should be getting commission for this and I’m really sad that she isn’t. Quite disappointing considering all of the help she gave us.

I shop at the lamps plus in Ventura, CA.
The selection is amazing and some of their sale prices can't be beat.
I purchased a one off, discounted wall sconce.
I off handedly said, "I wonder if I could find a second one at another store. An associate told me he didn't find any in the Warehouses.
Another associate, Montana, on her own did some research and found one, open box!
I didn't care if it was an open box, but am tickled to have two matching sconces for my front door.

Matthew Vasquez @ Lamps Plus, Ventura was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, & friendly in my endeavor to find the best bulb, fixture & track to utilize for lighting up a piece of my wall art. He knew all the parts & pieces I would need to do a direct wire. I highly recommend Matthew as a resource for anyone's lighting needs.

We were so impressed with Austin and Lamps Plus. Austin uploaded a photo of our kitchen and showed us what different pendant lights would look like over our counter. It was so helpful to be able to picture it. We will definitely visit this store again!

The staff here really understand customer service, and make you feel welcome with a pleasant and good attitude. Trevor helped me find lighting in a size and color that are not common. He explained products to me and searched with me for a long time until we found exactly what I’ve been looking for. It’s rare to find such customer service now, often customers are treated like a burden. Not here!

I have to say I received the best customer service from Trevor at Lamps Plus.
I wanted to order one chair, he ordered it for me, and is having it shipped to the store. He is assembling it so that I can view it to make sure it will work for me.
Trevor even discounted the price to match the identical one I saw online at Wayfair.
The whole experience couldn’t have been nicer, easier or more accommodating.
From now on I will try Lamps Plus before any other online shopping venue.

I have a few rehab projects going and have bought lights from several different stores. I have to say the service I received from Matt Vasquez really made the difference. He helped me choose the right light for this project, taught me about the different lighting possible and helped me determine the best light for the best price. He took time for me when his store was busy with lots of customers. I would ask for Matt if I were you when shopping for lights.

We recently bought two outdoor fans from Austin Taylor-Schrader in the Ventura Lamps Plus store. Very happy he was on duty, as he helped us pick out all the lights and fans for our new house last year. He once again showed great technical knowledge, helped us narrow the options quickly, and most importantly he listened to us. He added a great deal of value to this process, and I would recommend this store and Austin to any and all customers.
