The staff here are so genuinely friendly and helpful. I originally came before school started and they had so many amazing deals! Even cheaper than Amazon! I bought more items to ensure I had enough for my classroom, then returned the few extra items. It's a drive to get here from where I live but they have so many great discounted deals. Definitely worth it. I signed up for the text alerts too in order to get an additional discount!

Love coming here for learning toys and activity books for my kiddos . They have so many options and it's so well organized! The parking situation in their new location is so much better being away from the chaos that was in front of Ross.The gentleman that helped me out was amazing! I forgot to get his name but he gave some great options for what we were looking for today .

GETTING HERE: Lakeshore is located in the strip mall where the huge Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is located at the crossing of Telephone and Main; it's just a few doors down from CBTL. For parking, it's best to head down Telephone and turn into the lot where you see Lamps Plus and Office Depot. (If you find yourself facing Ross, Lakeshore is completely on the opposite end of the lot.)REVIEW: It's OK. I mean, it's fine enough. If you need something in a pinch (instead of waiting for USPS delivery). The staff are friendly enough, too. It's just the prices. AND, especially now it's even worse. :( The store is quite large and I have noticed that their inventory is usually very well stocked. They carry a great variety of inventory too. I would recommend Lakeshore for any educational needs you may have.

The Day before school starts and our school laminator puttered out. I drove to Ventura and had the pleasure of meeting Rocky lakeshore sale associate! She was amazing!!!! She asked if I had ever ran a laminate machine before. I said that I had however she kindly came over and helped me to get it going. Great machine, wonderful cutting perfectly! She was so exceptionally kind and helpful. I would drive here again for this 5 star help. Thank you Rocky.

Love all the options for my classroom decor. There is a wide variety of manipulative and great supplies for learning but the prices on many items are just unreasonably high.

I have to say that every year our whole faculty has a Lakeshore buying day... as usual this year was amazing like every other year. The staff is wonderful and make us feel so welcome!!! Sarah recognizes us every year and she makes sure she welcomes us!!! Thank you Lakeshore staff for making our beginning the school year the best

This place has a ton of activities that are great for kids and I was so excited that they opened a store in Ventura. I’m giving it 3 stars because everything is so pricey and after spending a grip of money, there were pieces missing from the toys and stuff we bought. We got the marble run way and it wasn’t opened, brand new but it was missing the main part of the game to make the marbles actually work in the runway. I was so dissatisfied.

They don't take Google Pay or similar. A bit pricey, but everything you might want or need to tutor, teach, educate your little ones.
