The staff at this store is super helpful and makes buying and shopping much easier. The Self Check Out assistant is the best! She makes the process much simpler. And she not only helped me; but she realized I left one of my purchases behind and she saved it for me at the Service Desk. She is my hero!

If you don't have a coupon or kohls dollars then you pay way too much for an item. They keep forking over kohls dollars to get you to return and buy something whether you want it or not. I really don't care for this store.

Janely was a great help at the Sephora section of the Kohl's store. Very informative and took her time helping my Mom. I hope she gets a nice big raise.

Visited Kohl's Ventura store this week to pay my account and to resolve an issue with Kohl's cash. I was directed to speak with Nicole and she assisted me in this process; very responsible employee.
