“SO happy with my new countertops from Ventura Stone. Mick helped me through the entire process and really paid attention to every detail, from the quote and sending a photo, to ordering the stone and sending his team out to measure. Mick and the whole team were able to answer all of my questions, and they checked in after the install to make sure I was satisfied. A few weeks later, I found that my dishwasher was a quarter inch too high and didn't fit. When I called Mick to ask about this, even though it wasn't their fault, he sent someone out to cut and sand the edge at no charge. Thank you! I'm very happy overall with their work and highly recommend Ventura Stone.”

Steve's is also an excellent source for all types of plumbing paraphernalia. They seem to always have the parts I need. Their prices are amazingly close to the big box stores, and the personalized service can't be beat!”
“It's worth every extra dollar spent to get someone like Ruben or Jim who are knowledgeable, courteous and go out of their way to make sure you get what you need. Can't count the times I've emailed Ruben a photo of a valve cartridge & he responds within minutes with the brand name, model and availability. Try that at the big box stores where you get the "deer in the headlights look" when you ask a question.”

We appreciated the ability to choose our slabs once Gene measured our spaces and then to work with the fabricator in order to match up the veining to perfection from the counter to the backsplash. The fabricator was particularly kind and understanding as we worked our way through their process. Our counters are absolutely beautiful.”

“We came to Cabinets to Go in Ventura to see what they had to offer in kitchen design and products. Joseph was extremely helpful and diligent with helping us create our new kitchen. We have a small space and were able to utilize every part of it with Joseph's help. We purchased the cabinets, the countertop, the flooring, sink and faucet all through Cabinets to Go. It was within our budget, and the products are good quality. They recommended the installer/contractor Pyramid Designs, and they were great to work with. We had issues; it is to be expected with a construction remodel, but Joseph and Pyramid Designs were always pleasant and available to find a remedy. One downside to Cabinets to Go is that product is shipped from the East Coast, and so there can be a delay in getting a replacement door/cabinet or filler board, or whatever is needed to finish to job. And the Customer Care 800 phone line can be challenging to deal with. But I would still recommend them, especially Joseph Backstrom, the store manager. He worked on resolving the construction and design issues and the job has been completed with me being a satisfied client.”
