Went to multiple Kia dealerships in hopes of getting the vehicle we wanted and in the color we wanted. Although a little far, we were referred by family to visit Kirby, and they sure did not disappoint. Most were not helpful or too aggressive and didn’t seem to want to work out a deal. Kirby Kia was more than helpful and made the whole process easy. Fern helped us out and after a short time, we were able to work out a deal and leave home with our Telluride in the color and trim we wanted. Everyone who helped us was friendly and made the whole process easy. Thank you again would highly recommend!

Kirby Kia went above and beyond in helping me lease a car. I was searching for a specific model, but they only had higher level models in stock, so they worked with me to significantly reduce the price and included servicing to make it a better deal for me in the long run. German and Jose the Manager were easy, upfront, and very professional. They also really sincerely appreciated my veteran status. Glad to have Kirby Kia here in Ventura.

Miguel and Samantha made the buying experience nice overall. They were patient as we worked out the deal that I believe was mutually beneficial. I did intend to buy it from Kirby because their service department always does a great job with our other Kia.

I had a lovely experience buying a Kia EV6 for our son with Jorge Estrada’s help, and his sales manager’s support. Jorge/George explained the multitude of features of the car, and answered all of our questions completely, and was extremely well-organized throughout the process.

I drove down to Kirby Subaru from San Luis Obispo because of the larger inventory of vehicles to choose from and their willingness to give me the best price. I bought a new car from them, and the buying process could not have been better! Everyone I dealt with from the salesman Austin to the finance department was so friendly and fun! I would refer my friends and family to Kirby Subaru!

Heads up: $176.13 for an oil change & tire rotation for a 2023 Kia Telluride. There were no other services requested nor performed nor requested by kia staff to be completed. Strictly an oil change and tire rotation. My paperwork solely documented an oil change and tire rotation. Definitely not returning. I know greedflation has reared its ugly head here IN FULL FORCE! Save some cash and go elsewhere. There is nothing special regarding customer service here. Moreover, you get to wait in a small area with not enough seats for customers, as the area is shared with the parts department. Really, there's no reason to return.

My girlfriend and I came by Kirby Kia this morning after having less-than-stellar experiences at other Kia dealers in the Los Angeles area over the past few days. We were thrilled with the kindness and professionalism shown by Trevor, Howard, David and the entire team at Kirby, and drove off in a new 2024 Kia Niro Plug-in Hybrid at a terrific price. We're super thankful to the team at Kirby Kia in Ventura for making our auto-shopping endeavor a stress-free one, and we fully intend to recommend this dealership to all our friends looking for a new vehicle in the future. Excellent customer service and great follow up. George Estrada and Mark Morehead helped me locate a vehicle that was hard to find and made arrangements to have it brought to Kirby Kia from San Diego. Great experience.
