We are extremely fortunate to have had State Farm as our insurance company, and Ken Caparoni as our agent, for many years now. Ken and his team have taken care of our insurance needs promptly and with courtesy, professionalism and attention to detail at every turn. Specifically, Shilo Geair of Ken's office went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service recently in dealing with a very complex and challenging situation in which our vehicle was stolen and totalled in an accident out of state. Shilo was always immediately available by phone and took the time to go the extra mile in contacting and following up with the adjustor and others in this case on our behalf. The situation was very stressful to us on a personal level, and Shilo handled everything for us with remarkable style and grace, addressing our concerns and ushering the case to a timely and successful conclusion. We cannot speak highly enough about the personal attention to our insurance needs that we receive from Ken Caparoni's office and recommend their services highly. Ten stars!

I contacted Javier regarding an auto insurance quote. I found him to be professional and comprehensive in preparing the quote. He included my preferences, explained the coverages, and reviewed State Farm advantages such as the Loyalty Program of which I was unaware.
I feel confident that the policy prepared for me represents the best service and representation that is readily available, and would endorse both Javier and this State Farm office as an excellent choice.

Called and talked to Shilo with a question on my flood insurance. Said he would take care of it, and within five minutes of when I hung up from him I went to check my email and there was an email from him, confirming that he had already faxed and emailed the information necessary to my flood insurance carrier. I’m very happy with my State Farm agency.

Had to add an another vehicle to my policy today so I called in and spoke with Shilo. As always everyone is always very helpful and accommodating. I gave Shilo the information, he sent me the quote, I approved it and got it added without any hassle. It’s always good to know that I can call and know that I will be taken care of. It was done in no time at all and without having me doing any extra running around. Thank you guys!

I’ve been happy in general with my experience insured under State Farm, but the folks at Ken Caparoni’s office have been particularly helpful. They even connected me with a new office when I moved out of state. Shilo was especially helpful in that process.
