Dr. Christy Huynh spent quality time reviewing my health history which precedes Kaiser. I never felt rushed and she didn't act impatient with my list if maladies. She emotionally connected with me, but still maintained MD professionalism. She ordered a lot of labwork and a procedure to see if there is a medical reason for my situation. I've been extremely happy with Kaiser and feel cared for. Thank you Dr.Huynh and all the other doctors, nurse practioners, nurses, and staff who have helped me.

The medical team took time to hear my concerns. I really appreciated Sherwin when he was doing my x-rays. He was thorough and very friendly.

Always a good experience, my Dr is awesome and always listens. She is very attentive and has followed through with referrals as well as referral depts jumping right in quickly. Having the KP app is a must. Trying to get a hold of anyone/departments by phone can be a lil frustrating but not the end of the world.....thank you KP of Ventura and Oxnard

This place is a joke of a facility. Couldn’t have had a worse experience with the nurse that helped me and Doctor Adams did not fix my ear problem, only made it worse and said come back in 2-3 weeks. Do not go here for help. Changed doctors while I was being helped to the Camarillo location due to such poor service. Hopefully not all Kaiser’s are like this and hopefully no one else has an experience like mine. Couldn’t have had a worse experience and super disappointed with my first Kaiser experience

Picked up a prescription that was an easy visit and not a lot of people there. Wait was very short.

Since becoming a Kaiser member 10 years ago I can't say enough about how much I love it. Every experience from physicals to broken bones child birth and everything in between has been amazing. With so many services performed on site there's very little need making second appointments or driving to other facilities unless it's for more complex or rarely performed procedures. A single stop can get you x rays, office visit, lab work and pharmacy and it flows in the most efficient manner. Utilizing the KP app makes setting up appointments or following up on after visit results.

It takes forever to make an appointment and figure out which number you're supposed to be calling. Recently I couldn't get a TB test in time for new job since they only offered it during a clinic time, and now that I'm having to go to CVS for it, Kaiser isn't accepted and I have to pay out of pocket. Whenever I have to deal with something medical through Kaiser I'm only left frustrated.

Made the trip out here to get an echocardiogram done. The Kaiser I usually go to in Woodland Hills was booked solid for 6 weeks! This location was easy to get to, had lots of organized parking and was very clean. The girls at the welcome / entrance counter were very nice. The waiting area, cardiology, for my test as well as the room were the echocardiogram was done were all clean and nice. I felt very comfortable and confident. The guy / tech that did my echocardiogram, Gregory Ulysses Anderson was a pro and made me feel comfortable while doing the procedure. He made sure that I was good before and after and asked me if I had any questions or concerns, which I did not. I do recommend coming going here if needed, overall a pleasant and quick procedure / experience!

I have given this facility multiple tries and am always disappointed with the doctors and staff at this location. Do all you can to not be seen at this location because they are not accommodating or caring.
