It was an excellent experience working with Julia as our listing agent and I could not recommend her more for any one looking to sell their home. As our listing agent Julia strived to be available to us with very little notice and was ALWAYS respectful, and the consummate professional. Julia was able to adjust exceptionally to meet our needs in a very tough sellers market due to our home competing against new construction in the same community, located in a rural area away from major retail, and our desire to sell during a very high interest rate environment for potential buyers. Julia was very attentive to what was going on in the market, was flexible enough to adjust to the shifting dynamics in the market and the end result was she was able to sell our home above listing price! We had a stellar experience working with Julia and would definitely work with her again and could not recommend her more as an agent for selling your home!

Julia was a fantastic first experience working with a realtor during the process of buying our first home. She was patient with us, and ready to hit the ground running as soon as we were. She is extremely responsive and went above and beyond on our behalf. We ended up getting our first offer accepted, 50k under asking, and couldn't be happier with our new home and neighborhood. We felt very confident and at ease working with Julia. Highly recommended!

3/14/2023I interviewed multiple realtors when I had to sell my parent's home (in Oxnard), and selecting Julia was the best decision I could have made. From day one, she was the epitome of professionalism and a joy to work with. She knows the Ventura County market like no one else, and prepared us for every step of of the process. She took the time to learn every aspect of the house (the great, the good, and the not so good) so she could market it effectively, and took the time to get to know us as well. Despite the market challenges of inflation and rising interest rates, she was able to get multiple offers in the first 2 weeks. She helped us understand the offers, select the best one, and closed the deal at price I did not think was possible. Real estate transactions can be stressful, but Julia made it nearly painless, and she kept us positive through every step.I cannot recommend Julia's services highly enough. Do NOT buy or sell a home in Ventura county without talking to Julia first!

It was a pleasure working with Julia. I moved here from Italy and when I was ready to look for a home, my wife and I contacted Julia as she was referred to us by a few close friends and family. Julia was easy to connect with and we never felt pressured to go in any direction. She has a lot of experience and knowledge and gave great advice. Julia helped us sell our Mothers home after we moved her into assisted living.All of us kids live out of the area, so we really needed someone to take care of everything for us. Julia did that and more! She was so through we never had to worry about a thing and always kept us informed. Plus she was able to sell the property for much higher than we were expecting.

Julia really paid attention to detail with helping us in our transaction. She was available every step of the way and was able to answer calls when ever we needed. The company's she recommended for inspections etc etc were top notch also. Thank you for everything you did for us and are continuing to do for my family. You made things easy when they could have been chaotic!
