I stored almost an entire house worth of belongings with Johnson Self Storage for over two years. I originally had one smallish unit, then had to upgrade to two larger units. I never had a single issue with them. My payments came out automatically each month. Anytime I would call with questions they answered and were friendly and helpful. I recently moved to Indiana and emptied both units. The move out was easy! I was even refunded for the time I had paid for but didn't end up using! Great service.

Terrible introductory meeting During normal business hours, front door is locked and employee is yelling from behind the counter through the locked glass door to ask me what I want.? Not even a hello. Ahhh, Why don't you open the door, greet me and find out that I'm a new customer and would like to rent from you. But yelling from behind the counter through the locked glass door is not going to gain you a new customer. Covid-19 crazy rude! Didn't want or deserve me going any further. Gone for ever.
