Started coming here ever since I moved near the area. Started well, however I’ve had their bigger machines which are $6.00+ shut down on me and not get my money back, even after filling out their forms which asks to provide address and phone number. It also seems like they’re raising their prices regularly on the machines now, bummer. You also get less time on the dryers. Hope they realize what community they’re in and trying to target.

I was just refused service at 8 p.m.by a little jerk of a man who thinks that he is the owner.I happen to be the customer whom cleaned up all the broken glass from your front door, and he is not you,he is a janitor.Your window says open until 9 p.m.,not 8p.m.and your doors are open but sign is off.I can clean my laundry anywhere else, since this obviously is a problem based on other reviews.Jeff Gieseke,661 803 7269.

Editing my review after a nice reply from the manager. Place is always clean but sometimes the Automatic Door Unlock malfunctions.

Not the best. I came at 7pm cause my daughter got sick on our sheets. Owners were watching the people and telling them not to leave their stuff. They close at 9pm. The place is dirty, machines are trash and ruined a pair of pants and blanket. Somehow the pants got stuck and was all torn and looked it's was burnt. My blanket looked burnt, from the washer. As I went to dry my clothes the owner is vacuuming out all the lent traps causing dust particles ever. he moves your personal basket. Not a good experience and won't be going back

This facility is not good for businesses, only individual use. For more inquiry read further. I work at a Van, Bus, RV & Big Rigs Repair Reno & Detail business in SoCal. We spend about $150-$350+ per week doing linen laundry for interior decorating for sales/show/clients, rag laundry with products made out of things so safe for a washer you can eat them, and so forth, at various facilities where we have clients. We felt lucky to have found JJ’s Laundry seeing as they do repairs and upkeep regularly and we currently have 2 annual contracts with businesses local to this facility. Our staff was told under no circumstances can we park our clients Buses, Rig’s, Vans or RV’s at JJ’s for the 3-4 hrs once a week we would each time we do add a laundry service. The landlord and/or property manager, we weren’t sure since he refused to share his card, name or position relative to JJ’s laundry business/Bristol Plaza with our associates, assured our staff he speaks on the businesses behalf’s at Bristol Plaza. My staff assumed it was due to product and explained we do not use harsh, toxic chemicals or dyes, we have our own small washer at the office for just the rags with vehicle/grease/oil stains and are very considerate to keep good business relationships seen, heard or otherwise. He responded they do not allow rig, van, bus or RV parking in JJ’s Laundry’s lot including, but not limited to, registered businesses, when asked. We understand some of our clients vehicles come to us in an unsightly condition but leave us in great condition. Our staff was asked to leave upon arrival so they gathered the laundry and, of course, promptly complied. The gentleman stated “I hate to do this,” feeling badly he must consistently take business from JJ’s due to the type of vehicle, but felt compelled (by his boss, perhaps?) to ask our associates to leave nonetheless. He mentioned he has cameras so we would assume it should be obvious to him our employees stay for the length of the work in their business attire & leave promptly. Our employees do not live in our clients vehicles, vandalize, disturb the peace, nor look unprofessional, which they assumed were some possible reasons they couldn’t finish their task at that location. I’m not sure if this discrimination is a social, community or racial issue in this area but it did feel to our staff like a personal judgement due to the parking lot currently having other business trucks & one van parked that same day and the manager (?) not giving a specific reason relating to the situation. The staff searched for an email or number of the owner for JJ’s to ask if we could come to an agreement for the year and possible future business but to no avail because there is no way to reach JJ’s owners. They asked the gentleman who needed our staff to leave and gave him our business card to give to JJ’s Laundry owner since we have just expanded to the area and would prefer to show up on days during hours JJ’s has the least amount of customers. That was some time ago. The manager/landlord was nice, just doing his job, we’re sure, but I was told to leave this review albeit, to be fair, I assume this is not the owner of JJ’s Laundry’s doing but, alas, the owner of the plaza that does not allow businesses to use JJ’s if the company vehicles aren’t sedans or trucks belonging to the city, according to the manager (?). We were forced find an alternative business and have found better rates by asking other businesses we work with who they use. My apologies for the length — I just wanted to make this review accurate.

One of the machines took $20 and gave no change just kept buzzing. Didn’t find contact info for owner. Left a note in office with name, number and what happened. I haven’t been contacted. Washing machine also left some clumpy laundry detergent on my jeans. Usually avoid that type of detergent but it’s what I had. Won’t be back.
