Well, color me delighted! Who knew a gem like this jewelry store would pop up in my neck of the woods? It's like stumbling upon a hidden treasure in a sea of mundane shops. I couldn't resist treating my wife to a stunning gold necklace, complete with a price tag that actually reflects the current gold market. Finally, a place that doesn't skimp on quality or creativity! Say goodbye to those run-of-the-mill stores peddling generic designs and questionable metals. Here, it's all about the real deal, with elegant designs to boot. Plus, being able to weigh the gold before purchasing? That's what I call transparency! Consider me a loyal customer already, counting down the days until my next splurge at this gem of a store.

GO HERE and nowhere else for all your jewelry needs. Wow, I was so impressed by my experience. The owner handled my diamonds with care and he treated me like family. I honestly will never go anywhere else if I need jewelry. I can honestly say the customer service is very personal, intimate, and worth it. I would highly recommend this. Thank you for helping me sell my grandmother's antique diamonds. I feel they are in good hands.Michelle

My fiancé, and I love Jewelry Couture. Joseph, Brianna and the house lady were very kind to us from the moment that we walked in to the moment that walked out and we were treated with world-class service. We went to them because they had my favorite brand Verragio, but now they are our family jeweler from this point forward and we are blessed to have Jewelry Couture as a part of our memories and life.

My fiancé and I love Jewerly Couture. We decided to go there because my favorite brand Verragio was in town on a road show. From the moment I called to when we bought the rings we had world class service. Joseph, Brianna and the house lady have been so kind and have taken great care of us. They are for sure our family jeweler.

Oh my gosh!!!! Wow!!!! After seeing the billboard for years, thought I would drop I.... Amazing!!!!! Marilyn greeted me ( after the nice security guy at the door first) And she was great! We hit it off right away, what an amazing lady. Sha was cool and knowledgeable. Once I warmed him up a little and loosened him up I think I had him giggling. Now I found my new local jeweler..!!!!!!! Yayyyy

Went in for a ring repair. Although minor repair they did it in the spot within minutes.Quite nice and helpful.We will return for future purchases for sure.

My fiance stopped into to Jewelry Couture during one of her lunch breaks while working a shift down in Ventura. We live in Santa Barbara so we visited a few jewelers in the area but none of them made us feel as comfortable and listened as well as Joseph from Jewelry Couture did. Joseph took the vision of the ring my fiance wanted and made it a reality. The custom work he did to get us what we were looking for was fantastic. We also came in with a budget and he didn't sacrfice quality while working within our budget. I will absolutely go back to Jewelry Couture for all our jewelry needs.

A massive jewelry store! Very nice employees... the ladies are eager to help! I went in to find out about having engraving done on a silver bracelet - they were helpful and wrote up my order and advised me that they send it out to an associate who does this work for them... Took about a week and it turned out nice! The only issue I had was when the lady took it out of the envelope to show it to me I noticed that the strip of silver beneath the engraving was dull and scratched? I asked why they didn't polish it up? She said "that wasn't written on the order" I said "I wasn't aware that I had to ask for that?" Why isn't that a given? It's like working on a dirty surface!?I wasn't aware I had to ask for that? She said she didn't understand why the gal who wrote up the order didn't write that in as well... I pointed out that this looks messy and incomplete and would really like it cleaned up so kindly she asked the jeweler if he could polish it up and he did, took less than a minute. It's absolutely beautiful! Check out my photo... I felt some disappointment at this service (or lack there of) to me it's like when you bring in a piece of jewelry in for repair (like a wedding ring) they always clean it beautifully when they're done. The engraving was $50 so I don't think it's too much to expect a finishing touch of cleaning it up nice. They had also quoted me to touch up the dulled prongs on my wedding ring, over $430 to do them all (come to find out only half of them needed it) I took it for a 2nd opinion quote at another local popular jewelry store and not only did they inform me of this but their price was significantly less and included a rhodium dip... Not sure I'd recommend Jewelry Couture? They seem a bit overpriced.

This store is a joke .....Don't waste your time the salespeople are disingenuous and switch up and increase the prices from one day to the next ...AND THEY SELL the watches for more than the retail price ....go anywhere but this store ...they treat customers like trash

Very nice, high end jewelry store. Just went in for a repair. They were very courteous and the repair was reasonable. They suggested an upgrade, but were not pushy about it. When I do upgrade, I will go back. Also the repair was done on time and they called me to let me know. Very professional.
